As for the Bathroom Leak, we are so sorry to hear about the leak in the small bathroom, this is the first we have heard of this issue, and we had reviewed it and already addressed it for any future stays. Concerning the living Room Fan, we apologize for the confusion, the fan and light are operated by a remote control located on the side table, had we known you were having issues with this too, we would have been happy to assist promptly, we recommend any future guest on contacting us if any potential concern.
