Are there smoking restrictions? No Smoking / No Fireworks- Evidence of smoking or fireworks will result immediate eviction.

Are parties allowed? Exceeding maximum capacity or large parties will result in immediate eviction.

What is the cancellation policy? Reservations cancelled up to 30 days before arrival will receive 100% refund. Reservations cancelled between 14-29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

✔ Goat Island is located in the northeast quadrant of Lake Gaston in Peahill Creek. It has long been a favorite hangout for boating families looking for a place to dock and swim.
✔ Rent a boat or jet ski. There are tons of places to rent on Lake Gaston. Book early as they fill up.
✔ Take a Wake Board Lesson. World Champion Adam Fields owns AFWake and teaches. You can rent or buy equipment.
✔ Sylvan Heights Bird Park has over 2,000 birds from around the world.
✔ Play Golf
Although some of these courses are private, call and they will most likely let you play.
✔ Play Mini Golf - Lakeside Mini Golf is a fun 18-hole mini golf course.
✔ See a play. Lakeland Cultural Arts Center in Littleton puts on great plays.
