Condo, 2 Bedrooms + 2 queen beds + Convertible queen bed, (Sleeps 6 adults total).

Located in the coastal neighborhood of Crystal Beach close to Henderson Beach State Park. Perfect for families, Caribbean Dunes 202 has close and easy beach access with a community pool and hot tub. There are two bedrooms and a queen size sofa bed that accommodate up to six guests. The master bedroom has an adjoining bath with a whirlpool tub and the second bedroom loft has its own private bath. Both bedrooms have TV's and DVD players.

A fully furnished and equipped kitchen opens to a spacious living area complete with a TV and DVD player. Relax on your private balcony and enjoy a clear view of the Gulf of Mexico. Beach access is only steps away and across the street. Directly next door is the local favorite Camille's Restaurant. In addition, several outstanding beach side restaurants are just minutes away.

Enjoy the Florida sunshine on a walk or bike ride along Crystal Beach's bike path. For all the shoppers, you will be minutes from premier centers including the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Factory Stores.

Best spot in Destin!

Perfect location! Can sit on the balcony with a view of the gulf and can hear the waves! Less than a minute walk to the beach! Was absolutely perfect!

Great Location

We came from Cleveland Ohio for a wedding. The resort and beach were very close, walking distance. The beaches were amazing and the house was very clean and well kept. Definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at the property, loved it!! Exactly as described, very close to the beach with a great view of the water and the unit was extremely well stocked with kitchen and beach items. Owner communicated everything we needed for an easy check in and it is so close to so many great restaurants and activities. Thank you!!

Good location

This property is in a good area. Although across the street from the ocean you still get a really amazing view. The owner was pleasant, nice restaurants really close by. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again!!

Nice Condo

We have stayed at Caribbean Dunes in the past and this was a nice condo as were the others we stayed in. The best part is the view of the Gulf from the balcony. It was also nice that there were beach chairs in the closet. We had no children, so we did not use any of the other beach equipment, but for a family with kids it would be very nice to have.

THE BEST.

I have to start out by saying we can’t wait to stay here again!! I am not the one to review anything, but had to review this one. We absolutely loved this place!! They have anything and everything you need for the beach. Such a perfect neighborhood! House was super clean and owner got back to me super quick with anything we needed!! Also it is the perfect location for a short walk to the beach!!

Quick little get away

Great location !

It was an easy walk with easy access to the beach and plenty of sidewalk to stroll down the street where the condo is located. Beds were very comfortable and we found everything we needed.

Destin Vacation

Our stay in Destin was great. Condo was just what we needed. Everything was in close proximity to either drive or ride. Condo was close to the beach. All restaurants were that ate at were excellent.

Beautiful Condo

Not only is the condo itself beautiful and well kept, the location is amazing. The beach is directly across the street (public access). There are many wonderful restaurants and shops very close as well. Coffee on the balcony watching the beach was amazing. Thank you.
