The property was extremely well kept - clean, up to date, everything was as described, and pleasant location. The starter pack of items was great for the 1-2 items we forgot (as always). Bethany was great to work with and pleasant in all the communications.

Bethany was great during the booking process as well as the entire stay. Proper was as advertised. Would highly recommend.

Luxury

This home has everything you need. The host has the absolute best hospitality. Very spacious bedrooms. Plenty of room in the kitchen and the golf carts put the icing on the cake! I will definitely rent this home again when returning to Sandestin. Don’t be concerned that it’s brand new. I know it can be hard to trust vrbo. But this house is truly what a beach house should be!

The absolute best vacation!

From start to finish everything was absolutely perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better place/atmosphere/area. Bethany was an absolute angel to communicate with. The house was so cute and had everything we could have needed and then some. The area is top notch. Super kid/family/dog friendly!! The 2 golf carts at the house were the icing on top esp with small children. So easy to just get in and go. So many amenities! I cannot recommend this house and Sandestin area enough. We most certainly will be back for years to come!!!! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Sandestin beach home! The house was spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for our large family. Having two golf carts was a huge bonus and made getting around the area so easy. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and there were plenty of bath towels and other necessities for everyone. We had access to two pools, one being in walking distance to the house. The property was spotless and felt very welcoming. Bethany was incredibly kind and thoughtful, checking in personally just to see how everything was going. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We will be back to this property in the future!

Perfect spot for a family!

We traveled with our 4 kids; 18,16,8,&6. Two golf carts was perfect to tool around sandestin. The pool is within easy walking distance, but it was nice to use the golf cart when we had coolers, etc. The hosts have thought of literally everything big and small from a bidet in the master suite to a fully stocked beach closet to include a cooler, floats, beach chairs, and sand toys! Back patio has nice table to eat at and a grill. Instructions and communication were superb! If you've never been to SanDestin, this is the perfect quiet neighborhood and you can literally get to Publix, movies, restaurants, ice cream, and even the beach on your golf cart. We only left a time or two in order to go to our favorite restaurant, Dewey Destin's in Calhoun. :) You won't be sorry to select this rental and we only hope you don't pick the same dates we want!
