It was so convenient to get to everything from this place.The property was clean and comfortable with all of the convenience of staying at a rental property with a full kitchen including a full sized fridge.

This was an excellent stay! Mike was nice and prompt with questions. I didn't have to crazy clean the whole place before we left which made packing 6 people to leave much less stressful! Would definitely stay again.

Condo was perfect. Clean and plenty of space for the 5 of us. Great location. Mike was super quick and helpful when my code wouldn’t work. Great host!! Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Omaha.

Easy to check in, everything very clean, parking free right on location.Located very close to downtown Omaha, but about 30 blocks from the Old Market tourist area.“Sleeps 6” is accurate if 2 people share the very generous size beds in each of 2 bedrooms , and 2 on the fold out from sofa in living room, which could’ve had a more comfortable mattress.I would suggest providing more than 2 key fobs for parties of 3 or more.Also would’ve appreciated a heads-up about construction and long-term east-bound lane closure of Farnam Avenue which made it necessary for me to figure out how to find a way to the parking lot from the south of of Park or to access Douglas from east bound Dodge. A bit confounding coming from the airport, especially if at night,Apart from these things, a pretty nice place to stay.

I was fortunate to check in an hour 1/2 earlier after a 9 hour drive. At first glance the condo was nice. The toaster didn't work, the coffee pot was stored dirty, the shower head kept falling off of the wall mount. I notified host. The reason I'm giving a low rating is on the last night about 10:30 p.m. I found Carpet bugs & larva in my bed! I submitted photos to the host. I asked for a partial refund. The host denied. At this point it is not about the partial refund, it's about health concerns. Finding bugs on my sheets in the bed I slept in for 3 previous nights was horrific. We can afford & thought we secured a nice clean Condo rental which we did not. The host continues to refuse to take responsibility for the carpet bugs and larva found in the rental. Therefore, I give this place a 1 star rating. Very disappointed customer.

Cute space minutes from downtown

This was a great location for my group. Right across from Midtown Crossing and just a few minutes to downtown Omaha. Nice big bedrooms with plenty of closet space and personal touches to make you feel right at home. The host was very responsive!

Wedding weekend

Weekend wedding at Wishing Hills Barn in Mid Missouri, Iowa. We wanted a place that we could cook some of our meals, all hang out together, but also have separate rooms for sleeping. This condo was perfect!Super clean, great location for walking to midtown and also an easy drive to Old Market Omaha. Don’t let the outside appearance of the building fool you, the condo is updated and decorated with a comfy cozy vibe. The key fob provided an easy and safe way to access the building. Mike was a great host and he was very prompt in replying to our questions. We highly recommend this condo for your next stay in Omaha!

Only issue was never able to get the room cool enough, had to use the fans in the rooms. Never got a response back on this when asked. Other wise the unit was very nice!
