THE SPACE
**WELCOME TO UNIT 1**

This apartment requires an exterior staircase for entry.

Please note that the 2nd floor is also a vacation rental, and other guests may be present during your stay, and you may hear occasional footsteps from the upstairs unit. To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone, we kindly ask that everyone keep noise to a minimum, especially during early mornings and late evenings.

Beds will always be made with fresh linens after each guest leave and inspected before the new guest check in.

I'm severely allergic to pet fur/dander, and even traces can trigger reactions. So our home is completely pet-free, making it an ideal choice for guests with allergies to animal fur. We maintain a clean environment to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

****NOTE FOR FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN!!
Our home is family-friendly but does not come equipped with baby or toddler gear. To ensure your little ones' comfort and safety, guests will need to provide all necessary equipment. This includes, but is not limited to: a travel crib, high chair, safety gates, baby monitor, bath supplies, and even child-sized utensils, plates, and cups. We recommend bringing any favorite items and child-proofing essentials you rely on at home.


*****FREE COMPLIMENTARY MID-STAY REFRESH FOR STAYS OF 18+ NIGHTS
To make longer stays more comfortable, we include one complimentary mid-stay refresh for reservations of 18 nights or more.

For stays of 18+ nights, your complimentary refresh includes:
✔ Vacuuming and mopping throughout the unit
✔ Light cleaning of bathroom and kitchen surfaces
✔ Trash removal
✔ Fresh sheets, blankets, and pillowcases

For a 28-night stay, the refresh will usually be scheduled around Day 14.
We will contact you 1–2 days before the refresh to arrange a convenient 2–3 hour service window. Our cleaner will always respect your privacy and personal belongings.

OPTIONAL EXTRA REFRESH
If you would like an additional cleaning outside of the complimentary scheduled refresh:
✔ Whole-unit cleaning + full bedding refresh: $150
Please message us at least 24 hours in advance to schedule an additional refresh.


GUEST ACCESS
--Guests will have access to the entire apartment unit via keyless entry.
--Shared laundry room.
--Plenty off-street parking available.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING
• The primary booking guest must be at least 22 years old. A valid photo ID will be requested after the reservation is accepted to verify the booking guest’s identity and age.
• Only guests included on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property. Please make sure the reservation accurately reflects the total number of guests.
• No unauthorized overnight guests or pets are permitted. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges, a reservation adjustment, or cancellation in accordance with VRBO policies.

For the safety and security of the property, there is 6 exterior security cameras are located around the property, including:

Cameras are motion activated and monitor exterior areas only.

CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT
• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
Self check-in instructions will be sent through VRBO approximately 24 hours before arrival.

HOUSE RULES
• Please respect the scheduled check-in and check-out times.
• The number of overnight guests may not exceed the number shown on your reservation.
• No parties, events, or gatherings.
• NO PETS. This is a pet-free property due to severe allergies.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors and other guests.
• NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the property, including cigarettes, marijuana, vaping devices, hookah, or any other smoking products. Evidence of indoor smoking may result in an additional deep-cleaning charge of $300 or more when permitted under VRBO policies.
• No candles, incense, or other open flames.
• Please do not tamper with, cover, disconnect, remove, or disable security devices, Wi-Fi equipment, thermostats, smoke/CO detectors, or other smart-home devices.
• Please do not use the property address to receive regular mail, and please do not bring additional furniture into the unit.
• Late checkout must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late checkout may result in an additional charge of up to $50 per hour when applicable.
Serious or repeated violations of these house rules may result in the reservation being reported to VRBO and may result in cancellation or additional charges in accordance with VRBO policies.

STARTER SUPPLIES
We provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and similar necessities.
These items are intended as starter supplies and are not replenished throughout the entire stay. Several grocery and convenience stores are located nearby for additional supplies.

BEFORE CHECKOUT
We simply ask that you leave the property reasonably tidy and in good condition.
Additional cleaning charges may apply if the property requires excessive or specialized cleaning beyond normal turnover cleaning.
