Entire unit two bedrooms on the 2nd floor of our two-story building, in quite convenient Indian Lake area, which provides beautiful scenic views. Easy access to downtown Worcester, restaurants, groceries, universities, banks, hospitals, airport, and cultural attractions. Minutes from Interstate 290, I-90, and Route 9.

THE SPACE
We are delighted to welcome you to our well-appointed two-story house. This home requires an exterior staircase to enter.

-Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed. (Sleeps 2)
-Living room: Full futon sofa bed (Sleeps 1). Extra pillow and blanket available in each bedroom closet.

--We do not subscribe to any cable TV service, but have smart tv that you can access your subscriptions.

--Washer and dryer available in shared designated area located on 1st floor.

--Window AC for bedroom is available only from June 1st to October 1st.

*Our house is professionally cleaned every each stay. Beds will always be made with fresh linens after each guest leave and inspected before the new guest check in.

**PET FREE HOME
I'm severely allergic to pet fur/dander, and even traces can trigger reactions. So our home is completely pet-free, making it an ideal choice for guests with allergies to animal fur. We maintain a clean environment to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

GUEST ACCESS
--Guests will have access to the entire apartment unit via keyless entry.
--Shared laundry room.
--Plenty off-street parking available.

***UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Guests who bring unauthorized guests or pets onto the property, even for one night, will be reported to Airbnb. Additional fees will be included in the reservation, which then will be canceled completely, without any right to a refund. Property has external surveillance cameras.
The fee charged for extra guests not only cover extra costs for maintainance, clean, and utilities but also ensure that my property remains adequately protected under my insurance policy.

-- Check in after 4:00 PM, check out before 11:00 AM. You will receive a text before 3:00 PM of your arrival day with all the instructions you need for a self check in.

*For stays of 10+ nights; What’s Included for Your Extended Stay:
✔FREE WEEKLY CLEANING – We’ll take care of vacuuming and mopping to keep your space fresh (scheduled at your convenience).
✔MID-STAY REFRESH – On the 14th day, enjoy a full reset with fresh linens and blankets.
✔ IN-BUILDING SHARED WASHER/DRYER – Feel free to launder your personal belongings.

**An extra full reset cleaning service with fresh linens and blankets will be $150 upon request.

HOUSE RULES:
--GUESTS NOT LISTED ON THE RESERVATION ARE NOT PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMTANCES. The occupancy limit is the same number of guest as your reservation.
--NO PETS/ANIMAL OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED. I'm severely allergic to pet fur/dander, and even traces can trigger reactions. This is a PETS/ANIMAL FREE HOME, unauthorized pets will result in an additional $300+ deep cleaning fee.
--NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE HOUSE (NO CIGARETTES, NO WEED, NO DRUGS, NO VAPING, NO HOOKAH). Smoking is strictly prohibited inside. If evidence is found, a $300+ deep cleaning fee will be charged.
--NO RECREATIONAL DRUGS.
--NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR LOUD NOISE. QUITE HOURS FROM 10 PM TO 7 AM.
--NO OPEN FLAMES OR CANDLES.
--DO NOT TAMPERING OR DISABLING ANY OF OUR “SMART DEVICES”.
--NO EATING OR DRINKING IN THE BEDROOMS.
--CHECK OUT POLICY. Late check out without approval may result in a $50/hour fee.

***FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE HOUSE RULES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND!***

--We provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Starter supplies are NOT unlimited supplies but there are multiple grocery stores nearby.

--Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

--We ask that you leave the house tidy and in good order. Additional cleaning fee may be applied if deep cleaning is required.
