This place was so nice and clean. So many little extras and wonderful for my dog! We felt right at home here and the owner was very responsive to all communication though very little was needed since everything was excellent and well appointed.We would definitely stay here again when in Denver!

Clean, bed are very comfortable, great location for concert at red rocks or Rockies game downtown. We enjoyed our stay at this location and would definitely stay again.

We would definitely stay here again! Quick access to the airport, downtown and for us Red Rocks! The backyard for our dog was perfect and when we needed to stretch the legs a bit more a very pleasant neighborhood or a short drive over to Clear Creek to cool off was great! Only issue we had was a power issue using the toaster and air fryer knocked out the whole kitchen wall on day 2.Reset of the GFCI did not work and since the box was locked I could not address. Just an FYI. One appliance at a time!

Great location, easy to find and close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Convenient to Red Rocks. House is very quiet inside, even though it's close to the interstate. We had one little glitch with the door lock, called the host, she answered right away, and everything was fixed right away. Really no issues or concerns and would stay there again. It's a sweet house, roomy and comfortable.

Great little house with everything I needed in the kitchen! Seriously, having all of the stuff (pots, pans, air fryer, toaster, etc) that my home has puts this place in the top 5 stays over the last decade. Highly recommend

This will be a place we will stay at again! Great location to everything. We stayed here for a couple concerts at Red Rocks. Also super close to Mile High Stadium. It was a great place to stay. We brought our dog and they loved it! Also-the games were an extra bonus for us one night!

Awesome stay

It was my first time in Denver and this house was a perfect fit. It wasn’t too far from any of the fun Denver sites and had a lot of thoughtful touches. The neighborhood was fairly quiet and the house was wonderful. Would definitely stay there again.

Best VRBO Experience So Far!

My husband, dog, and I stayed here for 5 nights over the Christmas holiday. Booking our stay was so easy, questions were answered promptly, and we overall have nothing negative to say. We especially loved that it was decorated for Christmas, the ample parking, and large spaces!

The house was quite cute and for us it was a good location. It was easy to access the interstate in order to get to Red Rocks in a timely manner. Using the train station in Olde Town Arvada to get to Denver was also very convenient.

Weekend trip plus Red Rocks

The house was great for our trip. So close to many locations. We came for a concert at Red Rocks. Easy 20 min drive to get there. The house had all we needed. Clean and cozy. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great house, great location!

Very nice, clean, comfortable house in a great location. 20 minutes to Denver, 15 minutes to Golden. Nice area. House is nicely remodeled, comfortable beds and a lovely, covered patio with gas grill. We will stay here again next year when we visit our daughter. House is nicely remodeled inside

Lovely house. Perfect for our weekend trip to Thunder Valley. Everything was clean and comfy. Plenty of cookware and items in the kitchen plus a coffee bar. Lovely backyard and front. No neighbors close by but you're right by the freeway which wasn't horribly loud. Right next to a nice high-school and football field. My son said we should of brought the soccer or football to play on our down time. Also found out it was only 5-10 min away thru small neighborhoods to Arvada Downtown which had live music, plenty of restaurants and cool shops to explore. I would say if you do like to sleep in dark rooms maybe bring a sleep mask because they're a little bright but not horrible. Washer and dryer was convenient as well when we needed to wash something quick. Pet friendly option was nice as well if you did have a pet they had a big bed and toys for pets. Also board games and books were a nice touch. Hosts were very friendly, easy check in and would stay again.

This quaint little cottage was just what we needed while I’m Colorado for our sons wedding. It was cozy and comfortable. I would recommend it if you are visiting Colorado.
