This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath house with a loft in Sneads Ferry is ready for your visit!

Downstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, both featuring queen beds and private full bathrooms. Upstairs, there's a spacious bedroom with a queen bed and stunning water views. The loft, located just off the upstairs bedroom, has a twin bed. The upstairs also has a full bathroom.

This newly renovated property offers all the comforts you desire, including a large dining room table, abundant windows to enjoy the views, granite countertops, and a generous center island perfect for gathering. You'll also appreciate the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, a washing machine, and a dryer. The private dock is situated on Fannie Creek on the New River.
This house is located less than a mile from a public baot ramp, The famous Riverview Cafe is just a little over a mile.

We rented this home for our parents to stay in for mg husbands retirement. The house was very clean and beautiful. Host was amazing with communication and follow up. Highly recommend this home!

The host was amazing. She communicated ahead of our visit and they provided everything like bath towels, sheets, cook ware, and more. Which is perfect when traveling by plane or from far away bc we didn't have to pack or purchase all those extra items. The house temperature was great and plenty of room for the 6 of us. Would have loved to see the loft as more of a kids area or even a bunk room for families but we made it work. The river view was very pretty and the neighborhood was adorable. We were only 10 minutes from North Topsail beach which was perfect. The beach was clean and not crowded. There is a cute park across from the beach with bathrooms and area to get the sand off ya. We visited family in Camp Leujean which was only 30 minutes away and we went to a cute little Waterpark, minigolf place in Wilmington which wasn't far either. Restaurants in town were also great. Will definitely come back again.

This home is very welcoming with nice beach decorations and lots of room for interacting with everyone. The dining table and bar could comfortably seat 10-12. The kitchen was well stocked and the K Cups for the supplied Keurig coffee maker came in handy. The quiet surroundings and ability to fish from the dock was relaxing after our drive in from Raleigh and after hectic wedding preparation. The owner was very easy to communicate with and welcomed our input. The value for the money is great!

We LOVED our stay at the Eden house! It was clean, beautiful, in a good location, and just all around awesome. The owner communication was great. We will definitely look into staying again next time we visit our Marine.

Loved the view off porch and windows inside.the dock was a nice perk. We enjoyed our week exploring the area. Angie answered any questions we had promptly. Loved the house and hope we can plan to come back again.

We enjoyed our stay in this sweet farmhouse. The kitchen is well supplied as well as the rest of the house. We spent a lot of time sitting out on the porch enjoying the view. It was the perfect short but sweet get away to visit with local family. Angie was very easy to work with and always promptly responded.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house on the water! The view was absolutely stunning—perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. There was plenty of space for our group, and the layout made it easy to enjoy both indoor and outdoor time. Communication with the host was clear and friendly, and we felt very welcomed. We’ll definitely be booking again in the future—highly recommend this peaceful getaway spot!

We enjoyed our stay. Especially, the visiting dog Dolly. There was an osprey nest in the back yard. Loved visiting the dock.The rental fee was affordable. I will definitely be returning. I will bring a hairdryer next time.The house was still in the renovation process, Once completed it will be beautiful.

Upon arriving at the house, there appeared to have been a lot of remodeling projects ongoing throughout the home. There was pet dust on some of the beds and clutter in common spaces such as cupboards and closets. The home was adequately appointed though more bedding/ blankets might make it more enjoyable for guests in-order to feel more comfortable. The site lists that there are games available but a deck of cards doesnt seem they were very sparsely supplied

What a fantastic place to stay. Our family stayed here three weeks. The home was clean and accurately represented in the listing. The location was perfect between our kids who live in base housing and access to the beach. We loved having the wraparound deck and enjoying long mornings sipping on coffee. We cooked a majority of our meals and the kitchen was well stocked with needed utensils. We had many wonderful family dinners around the large dining table.We 100% plan to visit again next summer and want to stay at the same place. Angie, the host was really easy to work with and super sweet. Highly recommend this place for your stay!!

First off, Angie is very quick to respond and made check in / check out super easy. I want to thank her for sharing her beautiful home with my family. The view of the river is amazing. After our days out we could not wait to sit on the wraparound porch or in the reclining sofa or swivel chair in the living room. They are so comfortable. The kitchen is just as pictured and the huge island is a great place to snack and have good conversations. It’s truly the heart of the home. We only used the two downstairs bedrooms but they were both very comfortable and we all slept wonderfully. So nice to have enough bathrooms for everyone also. Plenty of room to park. Took us about 20 min to get to the resort areas but we wanted something away from all the crowds and this was perfect.

Some information about Sneads Ferry, particularly regarding its unique character and the location of "The Shore Thing."

Sneads Ferry is a charming fishing village, and while its population has grown since the early 2000s, it has largely maintained its quaint atmosphere. The local economy is still heavily reliant on the seafood industry, which is central to the village's identity.

"The Shore Thing" is conveniently located just off Fulchers Landing, A road that runs alongside the riverfront. The "Landing" has a dry stack, public boat ramp and leads you to the famous Riverview Cafe and local fish houses where you can get fresh seafood.
I hope this gives you a better understanding of Sneads Ferry and the surroundings of "The Shore Thing." Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The property spans two lots: one where the house is located, and an adjoining lot situated on Fannie Creek. Fannie Creek is a small bay off the New River, nestled between Davis Seafood and Mitchell Seafood (right beside Millis Seafood).

The house is on a private road, and the neighbors are very friendly. There's even a neighborhood dog, Dolly, who might stop by to say hello during her walks if you invite her!
