Our home is your home located in Sneads Ferry only 4 miles away from the beautiful beaches on Topsail Island. When not visiting the beach, you can fill your stomachs with some of the local, fresh seafood at one of the many nearby restaurants. We are 3 miles from the closest marina & 2 miles from the back gate or Camp Lejeune. A free nearby boat launch is only a few minutes away and available to those that want to do some boating and some fishing. This home offers all the amenities of home, so you can relax and enjoy your stay. There's a family room with sleeper sofa for extra guests. Bring your fur babies, we offer a pet door & fenced in back yard. Enjoy our outdoor living space with a fire pit. Bring your boat, we offer plenty of room in the front yard for parking your boat.

We enjoyed the stay. The host was very cooperative and easy to reach. Plenty of backyard room for pets and the hot tub was nice. Not far from a beautiful quiet beach. Not far from marine base.

Great & Relaxing Property

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is close to restaurants and a very short drive to TopSail Island. Our favorite part was relaxing on the back porch! Definitely would stay here again!

Nice location, close to military base, beach, and grocery stores. Perfect size for 5 of us and our dog to be comfortable. The arcade cabinet was a plus, as was the hot tub. Fire pit came in handy for the chilly night when we wanted to be outside. Some minor cleanliness issues but nothing to deter another stay, we would gladly come back to this home if opportunity arouse. Host was responsive to messages. If you are looking for a home to stay at to meet a military relative or close to the beach this is definitely one to check out. Great stay.

Very nice beach get away

It was such a pleasant stay and the property was so nice and clean and spacious. Our 2 pups loved the fenced in yard. Communication with the host was always very quick and helpful. Definitely would stay again!

The Best Thanksgiving

The house was perfect!! Great location! The owners were wonderful!! I would recommend renting this house to anyone!!!

Property was fine for us overall as we were in town for a fishing trip. Donald was easy to communicate with if any issues or questions came about. Home could use some TLC in some areas as with most vacation type properties but nothing that majorly affects a stay for a short period.

Great place

Really enjoyed this place. Had some issues with the hot tub not warming up but we contacted the owner and right away they took care of it. Already planning our return next year.

Really great stay. We accidentally got locked out. But we figured it out. Tried to contact the owner as listed at the property but never got a response. Only ding on an otherwise great trip.

Nice property. We felt very comfortable and at home here. Close to restaurants and the beach. Big fenced in back yard for our dogs. Wish we could've stayed longer!!

Exactly What We Needed

This was our second year in this home and we just booked for NEXT year. For what we need, it’s absolutely perfect. The Thompson’s have been wonderful to work with and very accommodating. In return, we try hard to leave their home just as good as we found it.
