The house was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The only complaints from the guests were the bath towels are too small not very absorbent. Also the 1-ply toliet paper was not the quality one would expect for a place this nice. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this property.

We rented home for our parent’s visit. This was their first experience in a VRBO. They were really pleased with the house and what it offered. Additionally, my father has physical limitations so the ranch home with a walk in shower was just perfect for their needs. The home had plenty of space for us to visit, unwind, and the games proved by the host were a hit for 4 adults and 3 children ages 7-14. The home truly had everything we needed. The host was pleasant, responsive and addressed our needs proficiently. Will recommend to friends and family.

You’ll Never Find Better

New construction home decorated better than a model. Better than the pictures. So many little extras that add up to an amazing experience. Pride of ownership evident. Host communication always timely, often instant. Perfect in every way! So happy to have found this. Perfect location in north Ankeny making it a no brainer for ISU events.

Family friendly(extended), we had all ages for a family wedding! We had no tv or internet but the host gave us a refund and was awesome. We talked to each other and played games! It was so nice to be disconnected.
