30-DAY MINIMUM RENTAL
The perfect suite for anyone who prefers the boutique hotel feel with full amenities including gym and amazing pool. Located directly adjacent to the Ritz Carlton South Beach on Lincoln Road and the Atlantic Ocean; in the Art Deco District there isn't a better location.
Parking: A dedicated valet space is provided only for tenant use only ($30/day value) Guests visiting registered tenant must pay for parking.
We've created the perfect 10th floor suite for anyone who prefers the boutique hotel feel with all of the amenities of a well-equipped apartment. The kitchen has been updated with all new appliances and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, food processor, coffee maker etc plus all dishes and cookware.
Note: Maximum of TWO Guests are permitted to reserve this unit.
Visitors: All visitors must register to enter the building to visit guests who are booked in the apartment.
Cable TV in living room, Cable TV in bedroom, HP wireless printer, private free wifi
The unit has a pullout ottoman bed. The sofa is not to be used as a bed.
Located directly adjacent to the Ritz Carlton South Beach on Lincoln Road; there isn't a better location. A free valet parking space saves $30 per day in parking fees on South Beach.

I will meet guests most times to provide keys and I reside in Coconut Grove which is only 15 minutes away should they need assistance.
