We would definitely stay here again. Right across from the beach and within walking distance to several stores. If you’re looking for a place to stay before you sail out of Miami for a cruise this would be a great affordable option.

The location was perfect and super comfortable! Parking at the 7th Street garage was a breeze. It made our family vacation very special. We really hope to stay here again next time we visit Miami!

The bed is to hard. When leaving my home I would like for my space to be like home and the bed wasn’t comfortable. I thought it was ocean view but isn’t

Thank you for your feedback. We’d just like to clarify that an ocean view is not advertised or promised in the listing. The studio is located directly across from the beach, with the best of South Beach’s restaurants, nightlife, and attractions just steps away.

In the midst of it all! Basic amenities, no frills but everything you need for a nice beach getaway. Property manager very timely with communication and service. First time on South Beach, will visit again.

This location is absolutely perfect! So close to the beach and right at the edge of the hustle and bustle of Ocean Ave! Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

Little confusing finding the front desk because you have to walk thru a restaurant, but Helena was great!

Perfect for sun and fun

Excellent experience for a quick 6 day winter getaway for sun and fun and food. You are so lucky to have Helena as your condo representative, full of good advice and tips, we loved our stay and will be back!

First trip to south Miami Beach

This was a perfect place to stay for our first time visiting Miami. The location was the best, very nice area, with plenty to do and see. No driving around necessary to have lots of adventures. Owner and property manager just terrific. Very much enjoyed the trip.

By far the BEST location!!!

Studio was nice. It was pretty basic but we were very happy with it. Helena was very helpful and a pleasure to get to know. One of our favorite vacations

The manager Helena was the greatest person I could have ever met

The location was great very clean and availability was very convenient was not pricey and was within my budget and the beach was right across the street. Enjoy this place will recommend it to all my family & friends and visiting it again in Miami 😍😍

we had a great day. The location was perfect lots of restaurants, dining shopping, walk across the road to the beach where you could rent umbrellas .The amenities at the location had everything we needed. Wi-Fi was great. Our host was exceptional. Every time I messaged her to get some direction to do something. She always replied. She was very friendly and accommodated.

Great Vacation Spot

You cant beat the location- its right by the beach and all the great clubs. The place was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable! We loved being able to make breakfast before we went out. Helena was great! She greeted us with a smile and was there with recommendations for great places to eat. Next time I come to south beach will stay here again

Great location

The location is perfect! Beach right across the street. Helena is great. However, The condo needs a little TLC can’t see out the windows and it needs a fresh coat of Paint. Fine for a short stay.

Brad came during one of the busiest weeks of Spring Break. This spring break time can be noisy. This area does have a noise ordinance and complaints to the city (24 hours a day) are handled immediately
