Walk down the stairs and you are at Oceanside Marina where you can rent a wet slip or book a sport fish or center console for what Key West is known for. THE FISHING!! Connected to Oceanside Marina is Yellowfin Bar and Grill where you can enjoy a meal and even have your catch prepared for you. Within minutes there are 5 or more restaurants. Cuban, American, Italian, and Mexican restaurants... Something for everyone!! Just a short drive and you are at Duval Street where you can enjoy the Key West night life then return to your peaceful home away from home. We had a fabulous trip. The condo was beautiful and so well stocked. The resort was gorgeous. Ryan was so easy to communicate with, and immediately responded to every question. I would highly recommend this property, 10/10.

Perfect location for us to keep our boat at Ocean Side Marina in a wet slip…. Our host Ryan was very accommodating in answering questions about our check in…. We would definitely stay here again…. I would recommend this VRBO property…

We really enjoyed the outdoor space. The pool was amazing and we considered it a special treat to be able to watch fighter jets.

Condo was just as described. Clean, spacious, perfect location for us (we did not want to be in the middle of everything, but the drive was easy and short to all attractions). Very nice marina adjacent to condos which provided beautiful morning walks and views.

Great place to spend a few quiet days. The location was perfect. It was close enough to downtown to get there easily and far enough away to cut out any noise. All of the amenities in the property were great and it was extremely clean. Host answered all of our questions very promptly. Will look for this property again on our next trip down.

Best stay in Key West area! Close to downtown but quiet retreat near the water. Beautiful views! The pool and hot tub were wonderful and clean. The condo was perfectly clean and well stocked with towels, linens and pillows. We had everything we needed. Host was responsive and helpful and would highly recommend this property

This is a great condo! We just came for a long weekend to fish with my brothers. I think the only thing that would make it better would be onsite golf cart rental. We spent a lot on Ubers. Also, there was only hot water available in the hallway bathroom. It was either really hot or scalding. That should be looked at. Not a problem though, we just used the Master Bath for showers.Thanks for a great stay, we will be back!matt

Perfect!! Exactly like description and pictures in listing. There is a little cabinet where previous guests left items that were gently used or unopened such as sunscreen, colors, paint, canvases, and toiletries. There is a great supply of beach towels. They also left behind detergent and other items for cleaning. The building is beautiful and quiet. Owners love Jesus and it shows. Highly recommended.

upon arrival the unit was not cleaned from previous check out, once reported they had someone over with in the hour to correct. Had some additional issue i did not get to report to host while there. Shower in hall bath did not work water was Scolding Hot or Cold no mixture so could not use. Master Bath sink leaked when bowl was filled with water (was minor and cleaned up easily). Overall nice location, could use some paint freshening up in common areas, Keurig did not work needs to be replaced. worth a 2nd chance has potential, great location to access Key West can be downtown in 15 minutes. Set with in a resort so access to restaurant and bar was with in walking distance.
