This property was perfect, everything we wanted and hoped for! The house was so clean and very stocked with towels and things in the kitchen! Our check-in was so easy which made it a lot less stressful when we arrived. The host answered any questions we had right away. The view is amazing, breathtaking. We enjoyed every minute of our trip and we will be back! We loved the recommendation for the local fisherman with his daily cod he brought us. We will recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the area! Thank you for making our trip even better with your property!

Absolutely Incredible!

This is our third stay at this home and it does not disappoint! We usually come in May/June but opted for the George St Music festival which was incredible. We highly recommend this property for many reasons: beautiful location, comfortable and well stocked, the owners even provided a delicious bottle of Flatrock rose! You won’t be disappointed :)

Stunning Ocean Views & Modern Comfort

An exceptional stay! This beautifully designed, modern home in Flatrock offers incredible ocean views (don't miss the sunrise!) and is just a short drive to St. John's. It's incredibly spacious and perfect for multiple families, with ample parking. The amenities are outstanding: a fully equipped kitchen, great coffee machines, a sauna, firepit, BBQ, and huge, modern showers. The hosts thought of every detail, from fast Wi-Fi and charging ports to Google speakers and a very helpful welcome book with local tips. You are steps away from great walking trails in a very friendly community. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay!

I had my wedding on Saturday and my bridesmaids and I got ready at this beautiful air B &B. The attention to detail was unmatched and it was the perfect spot to get ready for my important day. I am so happy with our stay and can’t thank the owners enough.

An incredible experience!

Our quick vacation to Newfoundland was made even better by these beautiful accommodations! Such a beautiful home and the views are breathtaking! Very high end finishes made for a luxurious stay and its clear there was a lot of care taken to ensure you had everything possible you might need. The gourmet kitchen was thoroughly enjoyed and cooking facing that view was amazing! We will definitely be back and will spread the word. Hosts were incredible. Many thanks!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in Flatrock. The listing was very accurate. This was more than enough for two couples and I could easily envision bringing children to stay in the room with bunkbeds. The view is outstanding. Our last morning we watched a pod of porpoises feed for 30 minutes while we sat in the sauna, pretty amazing. The open concept kitchen/livingroom/dining room was great for hanging out while preparing meals, all with a view of Flat Rock Cove. The home is tastefully decorated and well equipped.We did two beautiful hikes on the East Coast trails with access only a few minutes away. The Post Taphouse and grocery store is less than 10 minutes away. Downtown St John’s and Quidi Vidi are an easy drive 25 minutes away.This was a great location to relax and unwind while still being minutes away from everything you need. We would certainly stay again should we return to Nfld.
