Sweet little space! Very thoughtful touches like real half and half in the fridge, memory foam pillows if you don’t want feather, We came to visit our kid at WOU and it was a great location.

Close to the very nice, historic downtown of Independence, Oregon and close enough to the Oregon State campus in Corvallis. Nice space with everything that you need for a few days stay - including the Owner's allowing us to use their washer/dryer and ironing equipment. Beautiful, large back yard fronting on the Willamette River.Don't hesitate to stay here. Wonderful.

What a fun property! The cottage is well appointed and has an expansive park-like setting with access to the river. The hosts were awesome and made check-in/check-out as easy as it could be! The breakfast goodies were a great touch if you don't want to take advantage of the restaurants in town that are a 12 minute walk away.

Beautiful guesthouse retreat in Oregon. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The owners are super nice and communicate very well. The bagels, butter, jam, cream cheese and tea and coffee plus half and half waiting for us were a delightful bonus!!! I would highly recommend staying here.

Very cute, and super cozy cottage. Was absolutely perfect for a girl's weekend. Very quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our time at the cottage!Definitely would stay here again!Excellent communication with owner ! She was thoughtful and had a bottle of wine upon our arrival for our 1 year wedding anniversary! Such a nice personal touch!

Just as advertised!

A cozy getaway spot in the heart of the Willamette Valley! Host very responsive and easy to work with - breakfast staples provided. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Loved the hot tub and pretty views from the amazing deck! Even in rainy spring weather, this vrbo met our every need.

This place was the prefect spot for a quiet weekend getaway. So close to vineyards and the festival in Independence. The cottage fits so many comveniences in a compact space and still feels comfortable to lounge. The outdoor deck with the hot tub is next to both the guest house and the host's home, but they made a point to ensure our privacy. The grounds are beautiful and expansive with many other outdoor places to enjoy. The river is about a hundred yards away. A little far to carry paddleboards and stuff, but the host offered a wagon to make it easier. I enjoyed walking dowm the trail / road along the river and just enjoying the quiet of nature. The bed was very comfortable, which is one if my biggest criteria. Its situated to allow for a nice morning view of the greenery outside or watch a movie in the evening.The host was very reaponsive to my questions. They struck a nice balance of helpfulness and respecting our space /privacy. I cant wait to come back and see more of this area.

The property was even better than we anticipated. The location is close to some great local dining, having access to the river on the back of the property and having a small town vibe was perfect.
