Another great stay in Key Colony Beach!.This place has everything we need — Inch Beach, access to the Cabana Club, Sunset Park, and sunrises on the deck. We cook most meals ourselves and the kitchen has everything we need. Our 4th year at this property, and we’re coming back in 2027. . .

Relaxing holiday week

Had a great stay and a beautiful property on the water canal. What a new way to spend Thanksgiving and we truly enjoyed it

Great stay

Stayed here with family. We all had a great time. Close to local beaches, state parks, shopping, and restaurants. Property is in great condition and very clean. Would recommend staying here if wanting to visit the keys!

Excellent place!!!!!

We loved our stay. Great location for all ages. The pictures do not do this house justice. It was amazing. Gregg was awesome to work with. We can’t wait to come back. Thanks for a great stay.

Great week in the Keys!

Our family of 7 had a great week! This home had everything we needed for the week and some of the most comfortable beds we have slept in! Plenty of space for everyone and every possible kitchen gadget we could have needed!

Great spot

Great location. Very nice place. Property manager Greg was available and responsive to minor issue. Would stay here again without question. Rented a boat from Pips - great service and boat good enough for us.

Great place!

We had a super trip. This rental was perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. Loved Inch Beach and the dock was so easy when we rented a boat. We’ll be back!

Best on the Island! Beautiful & Comfortable

Our 3rd time here and we don’t want to stay anywhere else when in the Keys. 4 senior spouses, brother and sisters. Love the evening shade and morning sun on the canal. Close to everything. Love the CabanaClub.

Great Stay

The property was very nice. The home is spacious and provides everything for a great stay. The dock is very nice. Gregg was great to communicate with and I made a late change to add an unexpected guest which required a change to the pool access and was handled immediately. Highly recommended.

Excellent!

Wow! Excellent in every respect — location, layout, furnishings, kitchenware; all well-maintained and cared for. This house had everything a family could want for a months-long stay. Gregg was available & ready to assist when necessary. We’ve already booked again for next year!

10 days of fishing

Perfect location for what we do. Easy access to the Ocean or Florida Bay and we love KCB for that. House in good repair and well equipped. Great kitchen. Throughout the process, host Gregg was slow responding to our communications. Ended up speaking with owner Mike, who was great. A 5 star rental. We stay in KCB annually for the last 15 years. Best house we've rented!!!

What a Great Month in the Keys!

Bottom line up front — this was our second year staying here for the month, and we’ll be back next year for a month as well. Believe that says-it-all. All the comforts of home, plus a deck on the canal, plus the Cabana Club, plus Inch Beach — who could ask for more? Well-suited for families, our “grand-dudes” (2, 3, and 5) had a great time as well. Greatly appreciate that we have been able to live in Key Colony, looking forward to many more years.

Paradise

Everything about this place was wonderful. It was a great location- close enough to the necessities, but our of the busy touristy setting. We fished right off the dock and saw sharks, jellyfish, a manatee and other sea life. The pool club was amazing and offered a more laid back setting. Had absolutely everything we needed to make our own meals and fell right at home. Gregg was just a text away for any questions that we had. We'll hopefully bring going back to this property for another visit.

Very nice

Very nice place. We booked based on reviews, bc photos did not represent property well. A few maintenance issues, but property manager said those are being addressed. Key colony is a nice community, deck space was fantastic. House is very well equipped. We were a little disappointed that pool wasn’t a little closer and only a few of the bikes were in working order. Overall, great place, would stay again.

Two perfect weeks!!

We picked a great house this year. Plenty of room for two couples to spread out. Because of COVID, we did not go to restaurants and cooked in every night. The kitchen had more than enough of everything to make meal prep enjoyable. We enjoyed the deck and the dock and the ice machine was such an added bonus. Super location, just a short ride from the boat ramp to the canal. The house is clean and well taken care of. Booking process was easy and the check in and check out instructions clear. The manager Gregg was available for any questions. Highly recommend this house.
