The house is very spacious, perfectfor families and friends renting together.It’s well stocked mostly but not a lot of dishes or coffee mugs (we bought more for the house) but tons of cooking utensils and pots and pans. The pool gets very warm during the day since it’s in the direct sun. But it was nice in the mornings and evenings after boating or fishing. I would stay here again! The cabana club is very nice and we did use that amenity and really enjoyed the pool and adult beverages! We love Key Colony Beach community!

We had a very nice stay as the house was roomy and comfortable. The pool area is great, next to the canal where we saw manatees and lots of pelicans. The kitchen seemed fully equipped for those wanting to cook meals at home. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the proximity to several restaurants and stores. One of the owners, Danny, was helpful. We would definitely stay again.

We really love this house. The boat ramp is right there, being so close to the house to park our boat on the dock was very helpful. House is always beautiful and clean. There was a bit of a hiccup on check in code which we were able to get hold of the host quick. Love the great communications. The only thing was figuring a way to leave the keys when we all go out separately, so people can get back in when we lock up to leave. Maybe have a lock keypad? Other than that, we really love this house. And the host and his team. We will be back next year but maybe a one story house next door. Getting to old to go up the stairs.

Always a great time

We have stayed here before and that should speak volumes. Great location, great spacious property with a relaxing backyard on the canal with pool. We rented both units and had a great relaxing time

Wonderful place

We totally enjoyed our stay at this rental property. The place was bright and clean with plenty of room for everyone. We totally loved having our own private pool. Key colony is a great place to stay. We enjoyed the executive golf course in the cabana club.

Beautiful house

The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family vacation. We would definitely stay again in the future. It was definitely one of the cleanest and best houses we have stayed in key colony.

Great location, plenty of room

The home is beautifully decorated with lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Pool is a great bonus to not have to always go to the Cabana Club. Manatees, Nurse sharks and lots of fish right in the canal to be marveled at. The beds and couches are comfortable, kitchen is large to cook in . Overall a very wonderful stay.

Beautiful & Perfect Location

The house was beautiful and a great location on the water! The bedroom with the trundle bed shares a jack and jill bathroom with another bedroom -which is perfect for parents and kids to share. Location was awesome -close to grocery stores and restaurants and a walk to the cabana club. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

The property location ia great. The Cabana club is a great plus for the property. We stayed in both sides of the duplex with a total of 20 of us. We had plenty of space for everyone. We will definitely be returning to this property.

Another great trip

2nd year we have rented this location, and already booked next year. Easy access to ocean, sandbars, fishing and lobstering. House to very well equipped with all you need, pool is very enjoyable after being out in the hot sun and saltwater.

Great Time Again!

Property is wonderful! Our Second stay here, and we love it! It is the perfect house for families. The location is great! The cabana club is a nice extra! We had a boat too! Fishing was great from the dock! Love everything about it!!!

Fun in the Keys

We had a great time with ample room for the whole family. Enjoyed the pool, cabana club, and rented a pontoon from Key Colony Marina that was perfect for our group of 9. We ventured to Key West and had outstanding Cuban food at El Meson de Pepe! Delicious seafood from several island local restaurants and breakfast fit for a King at the Stuffed Pig. Great way to spend Christmas.

Amazing!

Lovely home, perfect location to see all of Keys and perfect neighborhood! Host responds quickly! We loved the Cabana Club. You must go to the Sunset Beach! We were all very pleased with this home and would love to visit the Keys again and stay in same home on the beautiful canal!

Perfect Marathon Rental

Property was exactly as pictured and described. Plenty of room for seven of us. We had a few minor hiccups but the property manager was extremely nice and quick to reply. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Week

The house was perfect! Location, size, and better than the pictures showed. The pool was great and dock for our boat was perfect. Easy access to the open water. It was clean and nicely furnished, and child friendly. Highly recommend, and hope to be back with even more family! Key Colony Beach is a great location.

2023 family vacation

House is nice, could use some art work, and the kitchen could use some storage containers. But we had a great time and even seen a manatee. The beds were comfortable.

Spring Break 2025

We enjoyed our stay! Fishing off the dock and having the pool right there was great! House is extremely quiet at night and has all thecomforts needed. We enjoyed walking over to Havanna Jacks for drinks and their live music. A must try is Coast To Coast Pizza. A great veteran owned pizza shop. I recommend the Hot Head. We would love to come back and stay again host was responsive to texts.

This place is so nice!

This was exactly what we were looking for. It made our family fishing trip to the Keys so easy. The cleaning table was there for us, fishing in the backyard was great too! The location of the property was spot on! We were close to everything we need in the matter of 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Spacious new house in KCB

New spacious, clean home. Great location on quiet canal with daily visits by a family of manatees. Owner was very responsive. Only recommendations would be to add some wall hangings /rugs to soften the interior as it echos and to provide another set of bowls/dishes.
