We had an absolutely fantastic stay with our family of 5. The kayaks and swim spa are amenities that made it even more enjoyable. Kathy was very communicative and everything was as described. We didn’t need anything outside of what was already on property. Dining on the screened in porch with our fresh caught lobsters was a highlight. We spent good time on the canal lot itself just fishing and talking, with a chubby little manatee as a visitor one afternoon! All in all, a great spot to book and I highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this property enough . The house was pristine, check in is simple, the location is awesome right in the middle of everything but on a very quiet street. The swim spa felt awesome after a long day of sightseeing. The lot across the road was great to hang out at. We used the kayaks almost every day to fish which was a blast lots of small barracuda,tarpon,snapper even a few shark snapped us off. On the very last evening a mom and baby manatee hung out for a bit in the canal.Kathy is very quick to respond. 10/10

Amazing Getaway in the Keys

We had a wonderful time during our stay in the Florida Keys! The home and adjacent canal lot were spacious, comfortable, and very inviting. We completely recommend staying at Kathy's property!

Perfect home for Family Vacation!

This home was beautiful and perfect for our family getaway. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch, card games in the downstairs hangout and relax time in the swim spa. We saw a nurse shark and manatee off the dock. Lots of great restaurants close and stores for groceries etc.

Enjoyed our stay!

There was a little something for everyone…quiet property/neighborhood for relaxing, kayaking, fishing, etc. The property was well maintained and in a great centralized location in the Keys. The check-in/out process was easy to follow and communication with the property owner was prompt. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Amazing house, great location

We've stayed in Marathon at several locations and this is our favorite. The house was clean, checking in and out was easy, and the host was very responsive. Swimspa was a bonus. Close to great restaurants, a short drive to Bahia Honda State Park, and 1 hr drive to Key West.

Beautiful property well maintained and very nicely thought out. We stayed for a week and loved every minute of it. Clean and quiet perfect for relaxing. Sombrero Beach is 10 minutes to paradise. This property met all of our adult needs. And the neighbors were very nice. The patio underneath and the sitting area across The street by the canal was heavenly. Plenty of room in the house with lots of comfort. No complaints here!
