Cozy apartment in the charming Fairhaven
Discover the beauty of Bellingham from this 1-bedroom apartment. The cozy space features 1 queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. This convenient location is a short walk away from the shops and restaurants in Fairhaven, the beach at Marine Park, the trails of Chuckanut Mountain, and all that Bellingham has to offer. Fall in love with Bellingham and enjoy the magic it has to offer. This cozy apartment is brand new construction with all new appliance and furnishings. It has beautiful touches and big windows with lots of light in a quiet and quaint neighborhood.
The bedroom is separated by a half wall from the living space, which offers a full kitchen stocked with a full set of cooking and dining needs. There is a brand new pull out sofa with a full sized bed and a comfy chair, as well as a small dining table. The bathroom has a a classy barn door and a spacious walk in shower with glass doors.
The apartment is located behind our main house above a detached garage. At the top of the stairs there is a landing that serves as a small but sunny deck. The backyard is shared with the house and there is an outdoor dining table and grill under a canopy of grapes.
There is a parking space that accompanies the apartment and if needed, a 220 volt plug in for an electrical vehicle available.
