We needed last minute accommodations for my Nephew’s wedding and Mark saved the day with his listing, it was beautiful! Spacious and elegantly decorated, I 10 out of 10 recommend!

Swansboro Stay.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay in this location, everything was lovely and home welcoming. The views are amazing and the condo mas spotless highly recommended for a vacation. Mark was wonder to work with nice and informative definitely coming back if in the area again.

Beautifully designed spacious relaxing 2nd floor condo unit overlooking river views with spectacular sunrises. Sun drenched space that was always cool and comfortable. Especially loved the soaking tub. Owners were thoughtful and responsive. Looking forward to our next visit. Located seconds from downtown Swansboro. Highly recommend and was perfect for our family.

Wonderful property

This is a beautiful home. Best part was how quiet it was, especially in the evenings. Great location- close enough to the beaches without being in the middle of the crowds. Everything was clean and well appointed. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about our stay. Would definitely stay there again if we were ever to be in the area again.

Our host was very responsive. Our condo was in a great location and tastefully decorated. Proximity to restaurants and downtown Swansboro was terrific. We enjoyed ourselves a lot. The reason for 4 stars is we were not prepared for the amount of stairs one must climb to utilize the unit. An elevator would have been a game changer.

Relaxing Beach Stay

Our family had a wonderful time in Swansboro. Check-in was a breeze. Mark communicated proactively and put the guest experience first. We were blown away with the condo - the view was 10/10 and the unit was very clean! The owners have thought of everything. The unit is spacious and features top of the line finishings. Beds were comfy, as well! The location was perfect for a day trip to Hammocks Beach State Park or Emerald Isle and just across the street from restaurants and shopping in Swansboro. We also enjoyed the pool on the property. Neighbors were friendly and quiet! We’d highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with amazing river views!

The property was spotless and so cozy! There is a great view of the water from the windows. The owner has taken great care to think of and provide anything you may need. I will note that there is a set of pretty steep stairs to get from the outside to the condo. If you are traveling with an older person or someone with mobility issues, keep that in mind. My 68 year old mother had some difficulties getting up and down them.
