The host of this property was very responsive. Plenty of parking. Very quiet and comfortable. The view was awesome. Very clean and well maintained. Being a former “host” myself it was met and exceeded expectations. We will be going back to Beech Mountain like we have for years and will stay at this condo again. Cheers to the host for a wonderful job done!

The host was very helpful. Quick response to a couple of questions. The view was incredible and deck, which was very large, had comfortable seating. Great place to enjoy morning coffee in the crisp mountain air. Parking was easy, directly in front of the building. Check in was simple and easy. All in all an excellent stay.

We came to the condo for a spring break trip. The condo was very clean, and it has fantastic views. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. It is close to many hiking trails, cute shops, an alpine coaster (so fun!), and restaurants. We would definitely book there again!

The condo location is great, short drive to Beech Mountain and near stores & restaurants. It's got a beautiful view of the mountains and a very comfortable layout with 2 spacious bedrooms and good sized kitchen/dining/living area. The owner was very gracious and accommodating.

This is the second time we have stayed here! We love it! The location is perfect - we walked to the mountain and across the way to have dinner. The condo is cozy and very clean. Laura was very responsive and helpful when we needed her. I recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay. Owner was very prompt at responding to an issue we had on the 1st day and took care of it immediately. Very friendly. Very clean and nice views.

We had a wonderful time at the summit condo. It was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Laura went above and beyond with communication to make sure everything went smoothly. We got to experience lots of snow, were able to walk over to the pizza restaurant and sledding hill across the street. Beech Mountain was a 6 minute drive, and we were able to see how it could be an easy walk to the lower shawnee run. Highly recommend!

Property as advertised. Clean and very comfortable, furniture and beds. Fully stocked kitchen for those who want to cook. The view, morning and evening are just stunning. Suggestion, add a few piece of comfortable deck/patio furniture. Luckily we travel with two chairs. The fireplace, this is a non-venting gas fireplace, with some windows open the smell was very strong. We turned off and did not use. Other than that, wonderful stay and recommend this rental.

Hi Donald - thank you for your feedback. Your pictures are beautiful and you and your guest are welcome back any time. I will be ordering more furniture for the deck this week - good call and I agree. The fireplace has a fan switch with instructions to the right of the mantel to help with airflow. :)

Beautiful condo. Very clean and spacious. It was extremely hot the first night and the screen door could not be opened to help cool the condo down, but by the second night it was very comfortable.

Nice place. Would stay there again. Very clean. Nice view. Parking was good. Extra fan in closet came in handy. Laura is great at getting right back with you if you have questions. Communication was excellent. Private owners of vac rentals are better than big management companies (in my experience, anyway). Thanks
