Overlooking downtown Banner Elk & in between Sugar & Beech ski slopes. Cabin furnishings with new kitchen and bathroom. Great location, 5 minute walk to downtown with its many shops and great restaurants. Private backporch is up in the trees. It's approx 10 minutes to ski at Sugar and Beech Mountain. Five minute walk to Lees-McRae College. Dogs & cats allowed, maximum limit of 2, under 40lbs. Must be clean, nails trimmed, no fleas, well behaved & not bark excessively. $25.00 per pet per day fee.

Great location, cute and dog friendly!

Fun little getaway with our dogs. The unit is close to town, adequately equipped and dog friendly! We enjoyed a real fire and got to experience the snow!

Totally relaxed

Andy is a great host. We got an immediate response on any of our questions. The deck is really nice, which is where I spent a lot of time. Nice to see all the deer too Being able to walk down to the village was a plus. One of the reasons I picked Bearadise. We were in unit 3. We have already reserved for the same time next year.

Convenient Location to Many Activities, Cozy Place

Situated between Sugar and Beech Mountains, as well as many hiking places and other activities. Condo was very well maintained and had all the essentials for home away from home.

Beautiful

Loved the property. Everything was clean and in good repair. We loved the bird feeders on the balcony and the shared fire pit available on the grounds. Being so close to the downtown attractions was great. The trade off for this is (of course) some highway noise, especially if you have the balcony doors open to enjoy the cool mountain air. We would certainly stay here again!

Short getaway

Enjoyed staying close to Downtown Banner Elk. The porch was amazing. So enjoyed watching all the different birds. Cozy and perfect for a couple's getaway or for 2 to 3 friends.

Only stayed 2 nights but the spot was great. Overlooks downtown Banner Elk. About a 3 or 4 mile drive to sugar.

Cozy Condo

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bearadise 3. The condo is quaint and cozy. We had everything we needed to make us comfortable for our stay. The location is perfect for hiking, skiing, eating, and shopping. We will definitely rent this place again in the future if it’s available.

Very nice place

We loved everything about our stay at Bearadise 3. Easy walk to town and gorgeous view. Loved watching the birds feed at feeder hanging from the porch. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here and will probably be back.

Cozy

We had a great time in Banner Elk. It was a nice short drive to Beech Mtn and a quick walk into town for dinner. We enjoyed watching the deer that were right outside the window. The place was clean and so cozy. It had all the mountain cabin vibes we were looking for. My kids loved it so much that they asked if we could move in.

Cozy and Convenient

We loved this place! We were nervous driving up as we arrived in a blizzard and the drive up was steep. Thankfully we had 4WD. Loved the fireplace and watching the birds and deer. The roads were too sketchy to take some of the day trips we were planning so we will return in the spring or fall.

Great Stay

We had a great time at bearadise 3. Very conveniently located to the main square area of Banner Elk, clean, and 100% as advertised. In an area without many convenient options, we’re so glad we stayed here.
