Casita is 2 blocks to beach in GATED COMMUNITY with FREE INTERNET, WIFI and CABLE TV. Casita is centrally located and much closer to restaurants and activities than Las Conchas. Casita is clean, fully furnished and pet friendly including new outdoor grill, new full size refrigerator, new stove, stocked pantry, new A/C, heating, etc. Casita is decorated in Mexican style in a gated, safe, friendly, English-speaking community with 24 hour English-speaking Security. Casita sits on hill overlooking town and distant mountains. Covered, spacious patio with BBQ grill affords outdoor dining. Casita is an easy, safe walk to Mirador Beach on Sea of Cortez offering swimming, fishing, tide pooling, horseback riding, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, dolphin/whale/bird watching, water sports, etc. Puerto Peñasco, aka Rocky Point, is a safe, friendly town 60 miles south of US border crossing at Lukeville, Arizona. Drive your own car over patrolled, modern highway. Must adhere to 25 mph all the way across Sonoyta. Enjoy awesome fresh shrimp, flounder in many restaurants.

Wonderful Casita!

We loved staying at the casita. It was exactly what we needed, the location is great, and the neighbors are all very friendly. The amenities in the house made for a very comfortable stay and relaxing vacation.

Great accommodation!!Great vacation!!

Casita was great!! We really enjoyed staying there.It was very clean comfortable and safe.Our whole weeks experience discovering Rocky Point was definitely more than we expected.Cant wait to go back and would love to stay at Casita again.

Relaxing and enjoying

Beautiful getaway casita

This charming casita felt like a home away from home. When we travel we like to have the amenities of home and this place was perfect. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and enjoying the local paper. Close to shops and restaurants, but still in a quiet neighborhood. Loved our stay!

Sweet getaway and very comfortable casita!

We could not be happier with our stay here! Close to the beach, safe, all the comforts of home, bed was very comfortable, nice linens, nice porch area for reading, relaxing. We will definitely book here again! Thank you!!

Nice cozy home with everything you need!

Good spot

Quick getaway with dogs to beach. Ocean 5 min walk for dogs to run and fenced in yard to relax on patio. Close to downtown or a few bars to have food and drinks. Comfy beds!!!!! Well stocked with everything you could ever want.

Great Secure Location

We had a great experience at your Casita. Very peaceful and charming. Close to the downtown and easy to get to. Good communication that left us confident in renting. We will do it again, hopefully soon. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

SWEET little hide-away, near everything!

My husband and I really enjoyed our two night stay. It was so nice to bring our dog with us instead of boarding her while we were gone. We thought the location was great. Very quiet neighborhood with security guards on duty. It was a nice surprise when I found a can of coffee in the cupboard as I had forgotten to bring any with! Thank you for a memorable stay.

Great place for quick weekend!

The owner was great to work with, she was prompt on getting back to us, getting directions and info over right away. The home was well stock and very comfortable, It was wonderful to be able to have our dog with us. Only complaint which isn't much of one is driving to the beach is your best option, but truthfully its a 5 second drive and park. Overall it was a great weekend for us and the house fit what we need very well.

very nice and clean:)

Stay in so many places but this is one unique!! I felt like a home!!it is close by beaches and the town.. Owner think about everything.. my boyfriend like fishing and guess , you have even fishing sticks:)) I really recommended this place!!!thank you again !!!

Remarkable, peaceful, beautiful trip!

We had a wonderful time. The casita had everything we could have wanted. The location was wonderful......a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach......which is a lovely sandy beach at high tide and a walk among fascinating tide pools at low tide. We can't wait to go back again......and after scoping things out, we plan to bring our 2 little dogs w/ us next time. They had lots of info for us to steer us to great restaurants, water and supermarkets.

Delightful Casita

Delightful casita within walking distance of a long, sandy beach. Bright, cosy, comfortable; private and secluded, with a large patio and beautiful views. The casita is well-equipped, secure and beautifully maintained. The fenced yard is great for pets, We especially liked the location of the property, in a friendly, English speaking neighbourhood, and close to many of the attractions and restaurants, but away from the noise and bustle of the center. We enjoyed our stay, and hope to return.

They want you to enjoy their relaxing Casita two blocks from Mirador Beach on the Sea of Cortez. Bring your favorite books, movies, binoculars and enjoy the sights around you.

4 1/2 hours from Tucson, 6 1/2 hours from Flagstaff, AZ.

Mexican liability car insurance required for all vehicles.
Purchase insurance on-line or before leaving the US.
