The house is charming! This house stayed nice and COLD!!!! It was between 90 to 97 outside. Unfortunately the pool was not open which was one of the main reasons BUT the owner did ge back to me as quickly as she could discussing the community pool. Fair warning to anyone the driveway is STEEP into the garage.

Everything was wonderful, the only issue we had was there was only 2 remotes for 3 tv’s but they both worked on all 3 tv’s so we made it work. The place was very clean and comfortable

Hi Serena, Thank you for leaving us a 4 star review and I am so sorry to hear the issues about the bugs. We have our house sprayed every quarter and have never heard this issue at all! The Texas summer did just start and with the heat brings bugs but we have only faced ant issues. We do find that when the back and front door are left open for longer periods of time we do get others that roam in but has never been a problem for us. As far as the kitchen towels and trivets for hot pots are all located in the bottom cabinet of kitchen. For future stays if you ever have an issue finding something in a home please reach out to the owner who would be happy to point you in the right direction so you can further enjoy your stay.

Location is great if you are visiting Lackland. The house is clean (almost too clean - when we got there it smelled very strong of Pinesol and it was overwhelming. It did finally mellow out) We liked how the rooms were set up. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was clean also but we didn't use it. Our downsides were that the alarm kept going off and we tried to get ahold of the owner but did not get an immediate response. That was frustrating. We were there for my son's graduation and it is stressful enough. The alarm went off every morning and every night for 3 days. I was told I could turn it off but no other help. It says the batteries are low on the smoke detectors as well as a few other issues. I hope they can get that fixed because it is a nice house to stay in.

Thank you for your review. We apologize that there was a WIFI outage in San Antonio one day and an area wide power outage the next for a short time. Fiesta is in town and with that several thousand extra people come to the area. Unfortunately these things are out of our control but we hoped you enjoyed the movie!

I can't say enough about this place it definitely is a home away from home

Erica is an awesome land lady. If you need anything she is right on it. It's a wonderful house, neighborhood and close to Lackland AFB. I am recommending this property to anyone especially for visiting the base. As I said before I can't say enough good things about this property. Thanks Erica
