This charming unit has a spacious open floor plan including two bedrooms and two and half bathrooms.. The fully-equipped kitchen with washer and dryer opens to the large living and dining area. The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 3. The living room faces more windows and features a flat screen television, so there's plenty of room for the whole family to curl up and watch movies or enjoy the scenery. Take a dip in the New Audubon Pool at the entrance of Fairways.
