Perfect location

This place was wonderful!!! Clean and a great location away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds and a short golf cart ride to the beach!!

Great place to get away

It’s not on the beach but it’s perfect because your not mixed into the crowds. The golf cart that’s provided is just a short 4 min ride to the beach. Loved staying here.

Very clean and well stocked but a few drawbacks

The unit was very clean and the kitchen while stocked. Location is beautiful. A few drawbacks that should be pointed out are number one some bugs in the kitchen. There was an ant trap on the counter when we arrived and within a day, we saw many tiny, tiny ants on the counter. Number two The upstairs plumbing. The shower does not drain properly nor do the sinks. Last, we went to use the grill and had to spend 30 minutes, cleaning it because it had not been cleaned in quite some time. Overall, it was a nice place to stay with the few drawbacks mentioned above.

Very good location

Great location and overall nice unit but I would recommend updating. My only complaint is the gulf cart is pretty worn out and need some talc. It lacks power and hard to steer, we got worried if it would make it back and forth from the clubhouse beach area. It made it but highly recommend checking the batteries and cables for strength and corrosion. I’ve got experience with that so I know what I’m talking about. I would recommend and stay there again!!!

Sandestin Stay

It is a very nice place, we did enjoy ourselves and felt very at ease in the community, the golf cart was a must and made it so much fun, and convenient to get to the Private Beach, Sandestin resort staff and facilities are top notch, spotless beach was incredible and the Harbortowne village was awesome. Highly recommend this area and community, especially if you have Children or even teenagers Eric

Nice stay

The property was clean and spacious. It could use a few cosmetic updates, but it was still nice. We were disappointed with the state of the beach chairs, and rented some through the resort instead. The golf cart was nice to have for driving to the beach and around the resort. Overall, very enjoyable!

Reasonably priced in an awesome resort!

The property is aging some repairs and renovations have been done. Overall very clean and neat. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds and Pillows were very comfortable Hotel quality. The neighborhood is more Dog Friendly then they let on, which was a welcome surprise. Living room TV has a Connectivity issue. The resort is just a wonderful experience! We would stay again!

Good value, good location

The property could have been a perfect Fit for our family, except that the fourth bed that was advertised, the sleeper sofa, was broken and could not be repaired. Two of our group ended up sleeping on a cot or air mattress on the floor. We liked the location & I would have given them 5 stars but they are only able to sleep 6 adults at this time.

Enjoyed the neighborhood and area, had no problems with anything while there

The property was spacious and had everything we needed. The door code resets every evening and makes the same sound as someone coming in the front door. Startled us one night, then called and found out it was nothing to worry over. Other than than, great stay, would stay again!

Nice, Big , Clean

Great condo located on the golf course in a little shaded neighborhood. Owner was very helpful. Nice, big , clean. Better in person than in pictures, This unit lacked nothing. Would recommend. Only drawback; one parking space for this unit, if you need more you have to use overflow parking at the pool or another vacant units space.

Family trip to Sandestin

The management company was excellent. Very prompt email, easy check in, helpful when needed. The property is dated and need some updates. The living room furniture was in need of cleaning. Overall clean property. Location was great. Kitchen was well appointed. The shower curtain was so short in master bath that shower water ran over. The drains in secondary bath did not drain. Plenty of linens. Guests will need to bring extra trash bags, paper towels and dishwasher soap. Only 1 of each was provided. The master bed mattress needs to be replaced, very uncomfortable. Plenty of pillows and linens were provided

Great stay, expect pre-stress

The house was exactly as advertised- except for the hammock outside. Both neighbors live in their homes full time and will put up/ take down their own hammocks. The houses are actually connected/ a lot closer than I imaged as well. The house was great and the location was wonderful to Baytown. The main hiccup with this property is the amount of stressful emails and reminders I got prior to checking in. Mainly around the dog policy. Not allowed on furniture, or beds and dog hair results in fees. I believe they must have gotten burned in the past which caused the stress on this, but it turned out fine. Just ensured to sweep the house daily. The couches also smelt very strongly of dog pee which backs up the idea of bad previous stayers. Check in was easy and everything was a breeze otherwise. This is our 4th stay within the Sandestin resort.

Was Almost Excellent

The location and amenities are excellent! The activity package is excellent! The beds were incredibly comfortable! Almost everything else was just lacking attention to detail. When we arrived, there was obviously sand on the tile floor that hadn't been swept up properly (no broom and the swiffer was broken). The beds in one of the Medina had sand. The cot sheet was dirty, so had to make it with the spare. The window screens are in need of repair. The grill was dirty. The knives were unusably blunt until I sharpened them. The hot water only lasts for 10 minutes. The bath tub in the second bathroom has a draining issue. The golf cart intermittently shut down (no answer from the golf cart company). There is no outside lighting, so once it's night time, time to go inside. Bone if these things were enough of a nuisance to spend time waiting for folks to come clean up, replace or repair, but nonetheless. The place has excellent potential.
