With a sunlit layout that's ideal for entertaining or just enjoying the company of everyone in your group, this 3rd floor condo offers a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a living area with large windows, and a dining area with a table for six (perfect for mealtimes or family game nights) that opens out to a furnished balcony. And on-site, you and your guests will also enjoy a shared, seasonally heated pool, fitness center, and easy beach access.
Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am

Pets are not allowed
Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated
Primary Renter Must be at least 25 years old to rent.

I've stayed in this unit before. Clean decorated nice and right on the beach great view of the ocean. The condo itself is a nice place. We have stayed her for many years and they do a great job keeping it up and clean. Would recommend anyone staying here.

Low-key Family Friendly fun!
B31 is the perfect condo for a lowkey family vacation! Spacious living and dining area, clean complex, and beyond gorgeous white sand beaches! Felt very safe wit our small family at this condo. Check in and check out procedures were flawless! Team was very responsive! We will definitely book with Coastal Realty again, probably this same unit!

Perfect!
The unit is very clean and the decor is super cute. Although we had a full house, with 3 adult children, significant others and a toddler running around, we did not feel cramped. The view, of course, was awesome! Whenever we rent a vacation unit, we're never quite sure it will be "as advertised". This one is, and if we are back in the area, we will definitely rent it again!

Incredible view! Beautiful and peaceful space. Great ammenities. Very close to the beach. Literally a 2-3 minute walk including the elevator ride. Spacious and very clean. Thank you! I will be returning.

Loved our time there!
The most perfect and beautiful view! The condo and surrounding area was well maintained, clean and convenient. This three bedroom, two bath condo was well stocked, furnished, and accommodating. We spent a lot of time on the beach, but also on the balcony (great chairs). Excellent restaurants close by and we loved the trails across the street for walking. We will be back!!

Breathtaking Ocean View & Great Location!
Overall, highly recommend for an Orange Beach vacation! The building is in a really great spot and the unit is super cute for families. You could not get more beachfront if you tried! Pool and cookout grill were nice amenities for sure. Just a quick car ride to the restaurants and attractions, but a quiet beach for a family trip. I will say it is probably time for a bedding refresh, sheets and pillows have seen better days, but that did not stop us from having an amazing time!
