The condo was exactly as described-clean, fully stocked, comfortable, and spacious! The entire property is very well-kept and family friendly. It is a short walk to the beach with a fabulous ramp walkway that makes pulling beach & baby gear a breeze. The condo is conveniently located near delicious restaurants and shopping. The only downside was Hurricane Isaias cut our trip short. Beachball Property Management was excellent in communicating updates and was extremely kind during the evacuation process. They offered to refund the nights we were evacuated for (Thursday-Saturday). We cannot tell you how much we appreciate your kindness. The refund will allow us to schedule another family vacation in the future!

This condo unit is absolutely stunning. Great space for everyone in our party. The extra twin beds in both masters is the perfect way to give everyone their own beds out of the main area. We enjoyed it so much we are planning an annual girls trip here. The complex is easily accessible and maintained immaculately. We LOVE the non-crowded feel of it the most. The walk to the beach is probably the easiest we’ve had in years, merely steps away.

Great Place

Great place. Very Clean. Super Spacious! Ms Susan was super helpful. Beachball properties was ok (could have a little better communication). Would stay again.

Suggestions

We loved the condo. We couldn’t get the door code to the fitness center to work. The tv in the bedroom with the twin beds had no volume and the remote did not work. Everything was great, and we would love to stay here again.

Beautiful property

The condo was beautiful , decorated and staged fantastic. There was not a hot tub so keep that in mind if you are going in “colder” months . Fantastic location , walking distance to the coffee shop . The check in process was a mess , I was sent information for the wrong room so therefore our parking information would not work either . Every day we had warnings on our car. Luckily it did not get towed . If the check in process would have been more smooth I would have gave it a 5 start .
