Best of All It's Only 50 Meters to the Beach!!
Las Brisas Villa #2 is a minute's walk to the beach. It's within Las Brisas Condos & Villas and is a spacious 2,500 sq.ft. (606 meters) 2-story 3 bedroom/2.5 bath detached home that offers a lot of comfort that accommodates up to 6 persons. This is perfect for families, friends and couples. Upstairs you'll find the Master bedroom with private bathroom w/ceiling fan, King size bed, large closets, and a balcony with views of the ocean, tropical trees, exotic birds and howler monkeys. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and third bedroom has two Twin beds.The second bathroom in hallway.
Downstairs offers an open floor plan, kitchen fully equipped with a large granite counter with 4 chrome stools plus dining table that seats 6 persons. In the comfortable living room there is a sectional sofa, coffee & side table, a flat screen television with 70 cable channels & internet. All bedrooms have linens and bathrooms have towels. Beach towels available too.
Also, a Futon and guest bathroom, laundry room with washer, dryer, iron & board and sink. A/C units and ceiling fans upstairs and downstairs. Front patio has a patio table for 6, stainless steel bar-b-que grill, ceiling fan and an awning to keep you in the shade. On your walks within the complex you will enjoy the salt water swimming pool (24X48/ 3 to 6 feet deep) and it's lovely landscaping with tropical plants, brightly colored flowers and lots of fruit trees. Also at the entrance of complex there is 24/7 security guards & guard house and one marked parking space available for Guest. I also provide a play pen and a high chair if you need them just let me know in advance.
As a Guest you have free access to the Condovac Resort next door and all amenities such as infinity pool with swim up bar, children pool, tennis/basketball courts, live music and shows. Also 20% discount on food & beverages.
The surrounding area: Santa Rosa and Rincon de la Vieja National Parks about an hours drive away. Monteverde Cloud Forest and active Volcano Arenal about a 2-3 hour drive away. Deep-sea fishing and Witches Rock about 25 minutes away by boat. Playa Coco with lots of handicrafts, nightlife and restaurants are only about a 15 minute drive from Las Brisas.

I'm happy to provide as much as possible to my guests such as kitchen items, laundry items and electric domestics. We do provide 24/7 security guard on the premises to make guests feel safe. You are very welcome to return to stay at my place.

Wonderful Location near end of street, quiet, easy short walk to the beach. Convenient Location to Restaurants & Grocery Stores. Residence is spatious for multiple couples, Family & Friends, children, etc.

Thank you for the nice review. As the title mentions the beach and the restaurants are about 50 meters away from Las Brisas (1 minute walk with a slight slope). The swimming pool is cleaned in the morning (6am) Monday-Saturday and great to take laps.

Amazing stay at the beach!
This property is exactly as described in the listing. Super close to the beach, great pool in the courtyard, lovely neighbors, and nice restaurants nearby. The grocery store was about a 10 minute walk away, and there is a really close mini mart. Relaxing and convenient; would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation
Had a fantastic stay here. Property is a quick walk to the beach and while close to the Condovac where you can do more activities ans book tours, this rental is a nice quiet place. Would love to rent again!

I'm happy to hear you and your family had a wonderful time. The short distance to the ocean makes it even better to enjoying the beach activities or relaxing on the hammocks watching the waves. The pool area is only steps from the villa for a quick dip or for reading your favorite novel. As my Guest there is a complimentary access to the Condovac Resort with the amenities such as the infinity pool, basketball & tennis courts, dancing to live music and other fun activities.

We had a wonderful time.
Las Brisas #2 was great. It was a sort walk to the beach and the pool was handy for doing my fail laps. Perfect setting, facilities and restaurants. We will be back next year.

So happy to hear you had a great time at Las Brisas Villa#2. Yes the beach and restaurants on the beach with sunset views are so conveniently located. The pool which measures 24'X48' is large enough to do the morning laps.

An amazing home and location
I stayed for four nights with friends in late February. The condo is immaculate with everything you could ned for cooking and sea bathing. It is located in a gated community and is about a 3 minute walk to beautiful playa hermosa beach. Both the owner and property manager were gracious and so helpful. It was a perfect place to vacation.

Great vacation!
We enjoyed very much our stay. House is not new but has everything you need and everything worked well. Some construction noise nearby and traffic from the nearby street. House is surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees and many different types of birds. Great pool area and short walk to a nice beach. Owner and property manager very responsive.

I'm happy that you and your family enjoyed your stay at the fully equipped and functioning house. It's comfortable and convient for the guests. That's a plus having the pool just steps away from the front patio and a one minute walk to the beach! I'm sorry that there was unforetold noises outside the complex.

Amazing find
We enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo in playa hermosa. The pool was steps away and the beach was literally a two minute walk away. The condo was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed. The managers were very attentive as well

Better than Advertised!
We were a group of six with two teenagers. The condo was ample room and the kitchen was well equipped. WIFI was good. Lots of space on the patio. The pool was great. The added bonus of being able to use the resort next door was excelllent. The beach was really 50m away and a great seafood restaurant 25m away. The beach is fabulous with excellent waves for body surfing and mother nature cleans it every night. Best beach we've been to in CR. We went down to beach for the sunset almost every night. This place comes highly recommended.

Very nice home on a great property.
Leticia was great to work with, very responsive and helpful. This property was extremely clean, beautiful, and perfectly located. The door locks didn't seem to function on main level. It was a bit unnerving for us but with 24/7 security and gated property, we had no problems whatsoever. A/C in every room. Great kitchen. Pool was awesome to soak in at the end of the day. Playa Hermosa is more on the quiet side, which was perfect for my family. Seafood restaurant across the street was delicious. Probably best food we had while in CR. Overall a great place to stay. It was a pleasure having you at Villa #2 and I did have the door lock on the main floor fixed. Yes, "Mi Casita de Mariscos" across the street is the best seafood restaurant in Playa Hermosa. Many people drive for many miles to enjoy Chef Marios' delicious plates.

Loved our stay
My husband and three kids 13,11,8 stayed in villa #2 feb 7-11/15. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the property manager who was very friendly and there was a fruit basket full of fresh fruit which was a very nice touch. At first you can see a few flaws with the property that could use some TLC. I think the cleaning between guests needs to be done a little more thoroughly. After we did some cleaning and laundry for fresh linens on the beds we settled right in and enjoyed the rest of our vacation. There was spices and condiments in the house left behind from past guests, so that was nice and the beach towels and lawn chairs for the pool and beach was so convenient, we took the chairs to the beach with us everyday. The pool was immaculate and the beach and restaurants were so close. We felt so comfortable and safe and the neighbors were very friendly and helpful. The grocery store was a fair walk if you didn't have a vehicle, which we didn't, but we just put backpacks on and carried everything home in them and caught a cab ($13) to Playa del Coco to the big grocery stores to buy the majority of our stuff. The property was very quite and the pool was never busy. We loved our vacation so much that 11 days wasn't enough. We would recommend this property!

Spacious beach-side Villa: Las Brisas #2
My family of 5 (3 school aged boys) recently stayed 4 nights at Las Brisas Villa #2. The condo is spacious, clean, quiet, and a very short walk across the street to the beach. The kitchen is great and the washer/dryer so handy on a vacation to keep packing to a minimum. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and playing in the sand and waves at the beach. As noted, the unit is well stocked with beach towels, beach mats, and beach chairs. We also added two boogie boards after our stay that future guests can use! Initially we had a few small issues (patio door with broken lock and no way to secure it plus TV not working) but these were addressed and fixed the next day. The master bedroom A/C remote control is located on the back of the door, for your information, too! We ventured up to the Condovac Resort on foot (a steep walk!) and by the shuttle to use the more reliable internet, swim, view the sunset, play pool, and work out in the gym (great for Cross Fit types). While in Playa Hermosa we also went SCUBA diving with Rocket Frog Divers and took a trip to Rincon Vieja. Overall this was a wonderful family vacation, and Leticia's wonderful property was the perfect spot for our family of 5. Thank you for contributing the boogie boards for the future Guests. They will truly enjoy them. Yes there is complimentary access to the Condovac Resort next door for all my Guests to enjoy all the amenities. The Guests really love the beautiful views of Playa Hermosa from the Infinity pool. The trip to Rincon Vieja is always fun with different activities to do such as horse back riding, mud baths, tubing down Rio Negro and zip-lining. It's about a 30 minute drive from the town of Liberia. Please bring your family for more adventures in Costa Rica.

Great Location and Quiet!
This property was clean, beautifully landscaped outside, and perfectly located. Indeed, it looked nicer than the pictures reflect. We debated renting other units with somewhat better views, though were very happy we didn’t have the steep hills to climb. From our patio/balcony you could hear monkeys as well as the ocean waves hitting the beach, which was about a one minute walk away. We also enjoyed having access to the amenities at the adjacent Condovac Resort. It gave our two college age children and their friends someplace to go, though we also enjoyed the adjacent complex swimming pool. Had some initial concern that one of the side sliding glass doors wouldn’t lock, though other owners I met at the pool indicated that was common for the complex. The fenced and gated nature of the property, with 24-hour security guard, allayed my concerns. Other than the hallway bathroom showerhead giving the kids some issues, everything else about the unit was great, including having wi-fi. As other reviewers have noted, the best seafood we had in Costa Rica was indeed just across the street and on the beach. Yves Malette with Costour provided our transportation needs to and from the airport as well as the Palo Verde Boat Tour, which I would recommend for 1st timers to Costa Rica. Thanks Leticia for all your help. Hope to bring the family back to explore more of Costa Rica.

Wonderful Stay
We enjoyed our stay immensely! Lovely property. Spacious home. Beach is just across a small street. Condovac resort is next door so expect music from 8-10pm but also lots of fun if you want to join in on the party.
Two breakfast spots within walking distance on the beach. Communication was quick and easy on WhatsApp with property manager.
Thank you for a wonderful stay. Already dreaming of coming back!

Three weeks of heaven
This villa is beautiful with a lovely salt water pool and is just steps fom the ocean. The guards, gardner, and property manager are all top notch. Hoping to rent this villa again!!

The best house we stayed in while in Costa Rica
My husband and I spoke with Leticia on the phone prior to going to Costa Rica (CR). She was polite, patient and helpful especially in telling us about the odds and ends of things we may have not even thought about related to going to CR from the USA. The add doesn't showcase the house enough. When we got there, it was like going home. The house was clean, ready to live in, well aerated, smells fresh, everything USA standard. Since we had already stayed at two previous houses prior to getting to Hermosa, comparatively, when we got there, it was like a breath of fresh air, like we were on a long, long trip and finally made it home. So thank you Leticia for opening your home so that we can enjoy all of its beauties and comfort. We treated it gently and would love to go back on our next excursion. I highly recommend this house.
