Welcome to Perfectly Placed — your comfortable home away from home near St. Louis.

As a travel nurse myself, I built this space specifically for healthcare travelers who need real rest between shifts.

Near 8 major hospitals, Scott Air Force Base, and 30 min. from downtown St. Louis, this space is ideal for for 13-week assignments and extended-stay guests looking for a comfortable home away from home.

Two-bedrooms, coffee bar, fast WiFi, blackout curtains, washer/dryer, and smart TVs. This is your perfect stay in Belleville, IL.

You will also be just minutes from downtown Belleville, where you can explore a variety of local restaurants, shops, bars, and the historic Lincoln Theatre.

For guests who enjoy the outdoors, the property is located near several parks and walking areas. Laderman Park is only about a 4-minute drive away, and there is a walking and biking trail in the neighborhood that is perfect for getting outside and enjoying the area.

Emily was beyond great. From the moment we booked to arrival, during the stay and final departure, she reached out, checked that we had everything, provided options and, and was always quick to respond. The place was very clean, convenient location, and was set up with all the things you would need to be away from home. Enjoyed our experience and felt that Emily's hospitality was first rate. Clean, comfortable, safe neighborhood, lots of amenities such as two televisions and easy access to our streaming services.I could have used a couple more small scatter tables or chairs for our belongings to sit on.

Check in was extremely easy; big kitchen with all the essentials. Excellent communication, fast response from host. Nice quiet neighborhood, would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

This house is very clean and comfortable! The adjustable fans in every room were great, since my kids and I can’t agree on a temperature! I loved how soft the couch was and my son was excited about the big round chair. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again!

The house is on a cul-de-sac and is a duplex. The area was quiet and met our needs. The shower pressure is amazing. Internet connectivity was also great. Emily was very responsive. To no fault of the owner, the smell of marijuana does come through the vents due to being a duplex.

Nice stay, great price.

We had a nice stay. The home is a duplex and sits on a quiet cul-de-sac street. Improvements have been made to this older home. It was very clean and has a nice kitchen with great appliances. We had plenty of hot water and the a/c was great. Nice fans in the rooms. Loved the towels! Some areas are in need of a refresh such as the exterior (front door) and master bed mattress needs replaced. No tv in the living room, but one in each bedroom. Emily was very responsive, making sure we were having a nice stay and check out was easy. Thank you!
