I stayed here only for a short time but it was a great space and I would absolutely recommend this space for anyone that is staying in the area. It was very clean and would be a great space to stay for an individual or a couple.

On site parking and an easy walk to Denton Community Market and the Square made this a great stay. Just a few minutes to UNT and had everything needed for a weekend getaway.

The perfect size for our 5-day stay. The kitchen was great with everything we needed for breakfasts and lunches, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was awesome. Residential, yet very close to the Denton Square and tons of great restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay again when we're in town!

Clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated place, conveniently located near the downtown area. If you happen to be staying on a Saturday, check out the great farmers market. Hosts were great and responded promptly to my inquiries. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

-fan/light is turned off/on by someone upstairs as they turn theirs on/off (a wiring issue i believe)-people/kids running around at 630 am upstairs (we weren’t aware there was someone above us)-needs blackout curtains-by train tracks (so you will hear that, just fyi)-cute spot though (great shower) and easy check in (we drove to to the town bc it said 20 min for a walk to denton square)7/10 is my rating but feel the property has good potential

Great place, would stay again. Very good connection and spoke with the owner who was very responsive. However, in the description of the place it states the loft is at the front of the property, but it was at the BACK of the lot.

What a delightful and we'll appointed little apartment. Location was convenient to the UNT campus and many restaurants and pubs. Off-street parking felt safe and the kitchen had all the appliances you'd need.

The loft was fairly new & very cute. Great decor. Comfy, soft bed. Had to text & call owner for the check in information late in day, but she responded & all was OK. It was the 4th of July & someone blocked the parking entrance which was concerning, and lots of fireworks after 10pm. Those are outside of the owner' control, but think you should know in case you plan to stay around a holiday.

People were staying above this property and it was very loud. We could hear footsteps late into the night and early the next morning. Felt very college apartment type situation! Also the train close by woke us up both mornings so just be aware by that! Other than those two things the property was great.

Thank you so much for staying with us and for taking the time to leave a review. We truly appreciate your feedback. We are sorry to hear the noise from the upstairs guests affected your stay. Since this is a loft-style property, guests may occasionally hear footsteps or movement from neighboring spaces, similar to a boutique-style shared building. Regarding the train, while it is not extremely close to the property, trains can sometimes be heard in many areas around Denton and the Dallas region. We are very happy to hear that overall you enjoyed the property, and we truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us. We would be delighted to host you again in the future!

Five Star Finishings and Stay

Upon arrival, the pictures with arrows pointing to parking spots and which door was super helpful. All of the other occupants were respectful of noise. Train does come by and blare its horn occasionally but its not disruptive. Walking distance from dowtown, I know because when my car was towed, upon return to the premises after an impromptu sunset stroll, the hostess offered to drive me to the tow yard. Everything a coffee addict needs is supplied, so always a big plus for me. Finishings are beaitiful and the mattress is comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.
