Sorority Sisters Retreat

The home was beautiful and exactly as pictured. We had a wonderful stay with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. We wish we had more time to enjoy all the lodge had to offer. The lodge was close to Dollywood Park which was amazing. We visited downtown Sevierville to see the Dolly Statue. We had a day of moonshine tasting and sightseeing. Calhoun's BBQ was a favorite. The lodge is high up in the mountain about a 8min drive on a narrow road so I would arrive the first day before dark. We would stay here again.

Our first Family Vacation in the Mountains

This was truly a wonderful experience. The Mountain Home was just as it was advertised; and the online pictures did not do it justice. The home had all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. It was equipped with everything you need and the location was terrific. It was centrally located to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was a short drive from the Knoxville airport. The management company could not have been better; very informative, friendly and responsive. We are planning our next mountain vacation because of our wonderful experience. I highly recommend both this company and the crown point Lodge property. If I could rate them higher than five stars; I would!

Girls Get Away!

It is a beautiful lodge with everything you need for a wonderful stay! There were so many amazing views and seating for intimate and larger groups. The GPS can be a little off in the mountains but we eventually arrived. I don't recommend arriving at night your first time up the mountain. The lodge is close to everything which is a huge benefit. We visited Dollywood Park, the Dolly Statue, we had moonshine and wine tasting. We had BBQ dinner catered and delivered to the lodge from Calhoun's it was delicious!!! The only recommendation is a dish rack for hand washed dishes. I would definitely stay here again. However, if you have anyone who cannot manage a couple of flights of stairs I don't think it is a good fit. One thing for the management a dish rack for the hand washed dishes would be great.

Incredible Family Stay for 16 People

We had an absolutely amazing week at this beautiful property in Sevierville, TN with our family of 16! From the moment we arrived, we were so impressed by how clean, welcoming, and well-appointed everything was. The home truly had everything we needed, which made our stay easy, comfortable, and so enjoyable. The property itself is stunning, and the views are simply incredible. We especially loved the many spaces to relax, gather together, and take in the beauty all around us. It was the perfect setting for making special family memories, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. This was truly a 5-star experience in every way, and we would absolutely love to come back again!

Our stay at Crown Point was totally awesome! It was everything and more than advertised! Our family vacation there created memories that have now set new standards! The place was immaculate and beautiful in every way! Our kids and grandchildren were blown away by the beautiful views from every direction of this Mountain View home! The outside games, fire pit and hot tub are awesome! The indoor pool, game room and theater room provided many options for our group of 12 to enjoy their family time! I contacted our host once with a question and received a response in two minutes! I received reminders for garbage days, etc.. My summary is this; Fantastic! You folks are great!

Overall close to perfect. Pool was cold but that didn’t keep the kids from loving it. Small issue with fireplace but taken care of promptly. Location close to everything we wanted to do in the area. We would recommend it to any family group.

This was a perfect vacation home for our six children and three are married, so it worked great for 11 of us. This is a beautiful home! Don’t hesitate to stay here!! Even better in person! Stunning & lovely Mountain View. The outdoor space is amazing & so many places to sit. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Having bathrooms in each bedroom is a huge bonus. One- does share with the living room, but not a big deal. The floors are all wood- no carpet. I love that!! It feels so much cleaner than carpet does. It’s is a great location- nice and close to Pigeon Forge (about 10 min away). Definitely keep your car doors locked at all times!!! Bears can open car doors-we had a visitor in our truck and thankfully we happened walked outside and there was no damage. The pool is on the smaller side. For our one child it was just fine. For lots of kids- it might not be ideal. Great place to stay in the Smoky Mountains!

The place was very well kept and up to date. Indoor pool was great for the whole family. The views were unbelievable! Close enough to pigeon forge to get there quickly yet just far enough away from everything. We would recommend this to anyone. Great for large families or multiple families. Plenty to do if you just wanna stay at the cabin and not go do things as well!

This place has it all!

This house is great, but the endless panoramic views from the house patio totally stole the show—perfect place to relax and recharge. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It felt peaceful and private, yet still close enough to other recreational locations in the area. We especially loved that each bedroom had its own full bathroom, the pool in the basement, the game room and the movie theater room. Communication with the owners was very smooth and check in and check out was simple. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway with unbeatable views!

Anniversary Celebration Trip

The property met all our expectations, plenty of parking, very spacious. We enjoyed the deck adjoining the main level. Everyone would gather, converse, have their coffee and plan their day's activities. The children enjoyed the pool and all enjoyed the theatre room! This was the perfect size for our group (10 Adults & 4 Children). It was a wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary with family. Thank you.

Amazing stay at Crown Point Lodge!

Crown Point was a great property to have our family reunion! The property has a great outdoor covered patio with a wonderful fireplace and big screen TV. Plenty of seating in living room and kitchen. The kitchen was fully stocked. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was nice and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The downstairs pool area was beautiful! The lower patio has a hot tub with amazing views! The property was very clean and well maintained inside and out. Beautiful views from every area in the house. The staff at mountain vibes was responsive and great to work with! I would highly recommend this property!

One of the most amazing vacation homes available in this area. Very convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge. The amount of space for everyone is fantastic. The views are EVERYTHING. Beds are comfortable, fridge space very convenient and helpful. The host was very accommodating and brought a new coffee maker when we realized the one there wasn't working. I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful house. It is fabulous. The only thing I would have wanted to know is that the driveway pulling up to the house is a very steep close to 60 degree angle and if we hadn't been in SUV's or trucks, definitely would have scraped the car so dive a higher off the ground vehicle when adventuring here. I'd give 10 stars if that was possible. Would love to make this one our yearly adventure home when we come up here.

Thank you so much for your incredible review! We’re absolutely thrilled to hear how much you enjoyed your stay and that the home, views, and spacious layout made such a great impression. It’s wonderful to know the beds, kitchen space, and overall comfort helped make your trip even more enjoyable. We’re also glad our team was able to quickly assist with the coffee maker—making sure you have everything you need is always our priority! We truly appreciate you pointing out the note about the driveway as well. Mountain terrain can definitely be a bit of an adventure, and your insight is very helpful for future guests to plan accordingly. Your kind words mean so much to us, and we would be honored to have this become your yearly getaway spot. We can’t wait to welcome you back again for another amazing stay!

I’ll start with the positives. The views were stunning. The porch’s and outdoor fire pit and corn horn/putting green area were great. However, the interior of the property was a huge disappointment. The indoor ‘pool’ is maybe 5 foot across and at max, three foot deep. Pool is a loose definition. There are multiple spots in the flooring that is in serious need of repair. There is even a spot in one of the bedrooms upstairs that has a large piece of clear plastic tape covering it, as a nail or screw beneath the floor is trying to surface. Two of the couches have multiple torn seams. The throw pillows on the couch were completely torn at the seams. Throw pillows are cheap. And it was beyond tacky to find these multiple issues in this home. For the price that was paid to stay at this property, there shouldn’t have been tons throw pillows and couches. I reached out to the property managers to give them a heads up and to try to resolve the issues. And I was offered an apology. No, please do better.

Great views Great location Great House

House was beautiful and well located to quickly get into Pigeon Forge while still having fantastic views. Watching the fireworks from Dollywood every night from our porch was a cool plus. Lots of small items provided that made stay better. Pack and play...high chairs etc. Pool was excellent for small children and fun for older kids as well. The outside porch with the TV and fireplace provided an excellent hang out at night to watch sports and relax. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept very well. We had a couple of visits from a momma bear and three cubs which was very cool. They walked right up to the porch and onto the parking location. During our stay the basement AC went out but the owner responded quickly and had it running by the next day. Only disappointment was there was not enough bromine in the pool and hot tubs to last the week. Other houses we have stayed at had the pools and hot tubs checked and replenished during the week. We noticed because the hot tub started to get foggy towards the end of the stay which is why we checked. Again owners responded almost immediatly but unfortunately it was our last day and we didn't get to use the hot tub our last night because it was turning greenish may have been fine but didn't want to risk it. Didn't detract from our experience overall but for the price would have liked to be able to utilize the hot tub the entire stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat highly recommend.

Thank you for the detailed and thoughtful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the beautiful home, fantastic views, and convenient location near Pigeon Forge. Watching the Dollywood fireworks from the porch sounds like such a memorable experience! It’s great to hear the thoughtful extras like pack and play and high chairs made your stay easier, and that the pool and outdoor space were hits with the whole family. We appreciate your understanding regarding the AC and pool chemical issues and are sorry the hot tub wasn’t fully usable during your last night. Your feedback helps us improve our maintenance routines, and we’ll work to ensure the pools and hot tubs are consistently refreshed throughout stays. We’re truly grateful for your high recommendation and would be thrilled to welcome you back anytime!
