Our cozy retreat features two inviting bedrooms, one with a comfortable full size bed and the other with a cozy twin size bed trundle, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The cottage also includes a brand new kitchen equipped with modern appliances, ideal for preparing delicious meals. Relax in our newly renovated living room after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings.

Great beach cottage

This little cottage was clean, comfortable, and fabulously appointed; great kitchen, comfortable bed, big showers…one in and one out for after beach. We enjoyed outdoor dining and a lovely and beautiful, peaceful and quiet neighborhood.Our host Anthony, thought of everything one could possibly need for a wonderfully relaxing summer vacation. Should we return to this part of the country, this vacation rental is on the very top of our list.Thank you Anthony from Lynne and Joan

Wonderful little beach cottage that was in a great area close to Port Jefferson, and other beach towns My son had a wonderful summer there

This cottage is perfection! We loved everything about it and can’t wait to come back! So many details were well thought out and it’s truly beautiful! And just a short walk to the beach!

We really enjoyed our time here. First time to Long Island and it was a great spot to enjoy a nice home with a private beach. The home is very adequate for a small family to stay and enjoy inside and out. The host was super responsive and easy to get along with.

Great stay near the beach! It was a beautiful remodel with all of the amenities we needed for the family. Yard was perfect for a BBQ. Anthony was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Sound Beach Cottage

My son stayed at this adorable home in Sound Beach steps away from a private beach that he fished at daily. Close to his internship in Port Jefferson and very close to highways. Anthony was great and an excellent communicator Highly recommend.
