Natalie, thank you for staying with us and for noting our responsiveness, the location, and the cleanliness of the unit. We’re sorry parts of the experience didn’t meet expectations. A few clarifications for future guests: • Parking: The reservation includes one reserved heated garage space, and this was communicated prior to check-in so expectations were clear before arrival. Additional parking, when available, is managed separately by the building/resort and cannot be guaranteed. • Deposits / “additional charges”: We do not add surprise fees at check-in. For contactless check-in, we require a card on file for a refundable incidentals authorization, similar to a hotel. This is not an extra fee, and it is released after checkout, assuming no damage or missing items (release timing depends on the bank). • Comfort items: We’ve already upgraded the pillows. We also provide a standard set of robes, and additional robes can be provided upon request when needed (subject to availability). • Maintenance notes: We appreciate the specifics. The missing stove knob was replaced, and the ice dispenser issue has been addressed. We appreciate the feedback and will continue tightening listing clarity and pre-arrival communication so guests can book confidently and arrive with the right expectations.
