Located in Hendersonville, this above garage apartment is a dream! With a cozy bedroom featuring a king bed and a stylish living room with a comfy sofa bed, guests will feel right at home. This is a 800 square foot apartment located at the top of our garage. Newly built and completed in March of 2025. The one bedroom with a king size bed is separate from the living and kitchen space. There is a pull out full size sofa bed in the living room to allow this apartment to comfortably sleep up to 4 people. Bedding and pillows for the sofa bed are located in the closet. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, heating/AC, and a washing machine/dryer. Not to mention a 10 minute walk from Downtown Hendersonville! So many wonderful apple orchards, breweries, restaurants, and wineries within a five to 15 minute drive. The bathroom comes equipped with a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and conditioner for added comfort. Full kitchen, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Hendersonville and our apartment has to offer!

The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We were very close to downtown. It was extremely clean and well equipped. We never interacted with hosts other than emails but they answered back quickly. Being an older couple, our only complaint, and it really isn’t a complaint, because it’s personal preference, was that the bed was extremely firm for my husband and I. We definitely would come back and stay again.

We had the most lovely time in this lovely space. We were cared for in every detail (from check-in to departure). A wonderful gift shop nearby (Honeysuckle Hollow) and a delicious bagel shop (Joey's New York Bagels) completed the great trip. It was the perfect retreat before diving into the new year. Thank you ... and we look forward to being back again soon.

A PERFECT Get Away in Hendersonville, NC. Couldn't ask for anything more. Cherish and Jeff provided detailed instructions on accessing the property and the property itself. The furnishings and amenities were comfortable, clean, and well decorated; you can see how much care and pride they are as owners. We came for the Apple Festival; it was about a mile walk to downtown. It was a perfect location close to restaurants and small stores. The neighborhood also provided a nice scenic walk. Cherish was very responsive when I had a question; her communications was excellent and welcomed questions and comments. We definitely will return. THANK YOU Cherish and Jeff for making us feel 'at home'.

This clean, spacious and stylish contemporary apartment is located in a safe neighborhood that is a 5 minute walk to downtown, but also convenient for going to all of the attractions that this area has to offer. It was comfortable and quiet and had all the kitchen equipment and other amenities we needed for a two night stay. The huge tv has a sharp picture, the bed and linens are really comfortable. Our host was very responsive and recommended super restaurants in the area. We had a fantastic getaway and cannot wait to stay at this apartment again!

Pleasantly surprised with this above garage apartment. I misread and thought it was just a studio, but it is a full 1 bedroom. Plenty of room for my husband and myself. Everything seemed new. A nice size closet space, good water pressure, the bed was a little firm for my tastes, but comfy enough. Quiet neighborhood with easy driveway parking. Would stay again when in the area.

Perfect Trip

Cherish was an outstanding host. The studio was exactly as described. Clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The studio is located in the upstairs of a garage, but has the feel of being secluded in your own space. I would certainly stay here again.

House hunting trip

This apartment was perfect for our recent trip to WNC. It was centrally located to towns that we were considering for our next home. The apartment was clean and was close to several restaurants and entertainment. Cherish was responsive to our inquiries and helped to extend our stay. We would definitely stay again.

A Beautiful Retreat

While new to the rental game, this location outshone all of the competition in the area that I've stayed in thus far (which is quite a few, as I often cover weekend shifts in the area)! The property was impeccably clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It's not in the heart of downtown, but I actually preferred this location, as it was incredibly peaceful, but still within minutes of everything Hendersonville has to offer. Great communication from the hosts, and an overall lovely stay!
