This charming 2 bedroom and 1 bath home is in a perfect South Asheville location in a quite mountain neighborhood setting. The home is within 15 minutes of the Biltmore House, downtown Asheville, the Parkway, and the Asheville airport. The bedrooms have queen sized beds (linens are provided). The home has cable TV and wireless internet. one of the best features is a large front porch with a table and chairs and a grill (perfect for relaxing) and a reading room up stairs with a TV for a few moments to reset!

A beautiful and authentic mountain getaway experience, but with downtown Asheville just a short distance away! The host was so kind and communicative and the house was very charming!

Quaint house conveniently located to Asheville while being far enough out to offer quiet, when you want it. The house offers everything you need, including two very comfortable beds. Excellent communication from the owners. Check in couldn’t have been easier. If you want upscale luxurious, look to downtown. If you want something private, quiet, and relaxed, as we did, this house is a wonderful option.

A lovely property in a quiet neighborhood that is still close to many attractions in the area. The host is very responsive and answered all our questions. We had a great stay and will return if we're in Asheville again.

Quaint home in a peaceful area. Everything we needed was there, and we were only a few minutes from our destination (Biltmore House). Great host, too!

It was perfect for our needs. A cute, quirky place. Renee was very responsive with a minor shower hiccup. Will look her up again next time I pass through Asheville.

their hosts were amazing, very friendly and nice when we got there the floors are very uneven although it's a very old house. It felt like you were walking in a fun house. The shower handle was a little broken. They came over to fix it, but it was very hard to turn the shower on other than that, the host were very responsive very friendly. It was worth the money.

The host was very welcoming and accommodating. We were able to meet Renée for a short period of time and really enjoyed her company. Everything was as described and tbe house had amazing character. Perfectly situated for foid a nd sightseeing. Close to everything, but out of the way enough to be private. Loved our stay!

We took a few days and saw the Biltmore. It is in a great location to get into town. Sweetly restored older home…. Would definitely stay again!!!

There’s peace and quiet if you want it, and there’s everything nearby. Close to major attractions (Biltmore) and tons of eating choices.
