Great location and host was super responsive and solved any issues we had in a timely manner.There was some maintenance issues that happened and there was good communication about it.

We had a great stay. Our group was family: four adults, three kids. The house was spacious, very clean and stocked with all the amenities that we needed. The back yard and pool were great. The small children couldn’t last all day at the beach so having a pool was great for ‘after the beach’ time.Everything was in working order and the adults talked about how great the house was for our trip. Ven, the property manager, was responsive and easy to communicate with and funny, which made the experience even smoother.We were very close to groceries, restaurants and gas stations, too!Overall, we had a truly enjoyable time, and this home played a big part in that. If we return to the Sarasota area, we will check this place first for availability. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Nothing to complain about. Only issue we had was regarding beach towels and they took care of that promptly and bought us a bottle of wine! They had great recommendations on places to visit/eat while in town! Super friendly! Clean home.

Close to the beach!

You are in your own piece of paradise when you stay here. Many amenities available. Ven, our host was always available when needed.

Amazing family vacation

The villa was excellent and the services too, all the problems we had were solved in a few minutes, I liked it, and I will recommend it to my friends.

The pool pump outdoor outlet had to be reset due to the storm the night before. We also would like to thank our back office and extremely reliable maintenance, plumbing and electrical staff for fixing issues in the shortest time possible. Our maintenance guy showed up less than 20min after our guest reported the issue. Ven & The Hacienda Team

Great spot for families, great location!

We had a great time. Property was clean and we enjoyed the pool, jaccuzi, ping pong table, etc. Communication was great and the location was close to almost everything! We would definitely come back 😊

Perfect vacay

Mom and I loved our stay. We enjoyed the beach that was very close by, and having the grocery store in the same neighborhood made it convenient to get any last minute necessities. This is a perfect location made easier by us having a rental car, but you could easily uber everywhere you need. The home was clean and spacious, and best of all we got to enjoy the pool between our beach time.

Great little place

Has a great feel. Property manager was fantastic (brought us ping pong paddles right away when asked). Neighborhood is ok, but easy access to other areas.

Spring break getaway

The communication was above and beyond expectations. The transportation to the beach was great. The amenities were wonderful. Totally enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hose was clean, spacious and well stocked. We would definitely go back.

Great Location for Sarasota and Siesta Beach Activities

Nice house in a perfect location for enjoying the activities, restaurants and arts scene around Sarasota and Siesta Beach. It had all the amenities we needed, plus some nice extra touches. The hot tub, pool and entire backyard area were great bonuses. Communication with Ven was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Very nice get away

This was my first vrbo rental. The house was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. Ven was very helpful. Great experience will do it again.

Father was in hospital and this house was very convenient to Sarasota memorial. The family was able to be together. Great location for siesta key.
