Great spot just north of downtown, walking distance to most bars/restaurants. The place was as advertised with a great kitchen area and outdoor pool. Host was responsive with questions as well.

Great location to walk to Main Street, Grocery, Walgreens and stops to catch the Trolley. A few really nice breakfast spots nearby too and a bike ride away from the baseball stadium. The dipping pool was the best way to end the evenings. There is a coffee pot, no Keurig. There was more than enough room for two to work remotely throughout the days. Easy communication, easy check-in process and more than enough details and above and beyond with local suggestions. Home was clean, bathrooms had awesome shower pressure and bed was comfy!

A/c didn’t work. Temp in the house reached 85. Wasted a day waiting for the a/c tech to come and finish fixing the unit. The shower curtain was too long and covered the bathtub floor. The shower hits the wall and runs off the sides of the ledge next to the tub and soaked the floor. The bolts on the bed were loose and the bed shook like jello. The property was very pretty and clean but a lot of issues. Ended up getting transferred to another property and that was another disaster. Ended up cancelling and requesting a refund.

This was an excellent property which I would highly recommend. The house is compact, but perfectly spacious for a family. The property has three bedrooms and could easily sleep up to 8 people. The outdoor space is spacious and inviting. The dipping pool was a very nice addition. We thoroughly enjoyed it at the end of a long day out and about.The house is conveniently located to downtown which is about a 5-10 minute walk. Our teenage children appreciated the ability to be independent and head out on their own. Beaches were easily accessible at a 15-25 minute drive depending on which beach.The house manager was incredibly helpful and responsive when we had questions or needs.The only thing that would have made the house better would be if it had beach chairs that could be borrowed. Otherwise, it was a perfect find. I would definitely stay here again.
