This rental is a bright spot in Cocoa Beach! This property was clean and fresh. Convenient to walk to restaurants. And, the property management team was friendly and super responsive.

Yes we had everything we needed and prepared multiple meals in the kitchen. We enjoyed the coffee you provided. Everything was clean and the dogs felt right at home. We also really enjoyed having a fire pit and used that multiple nights. It was great being able to walk to many restaurants. We enjoyed whisk and grind, Oceanside pizza, and the fat donkey were house favorites.

Had a great stay! House was clean and tastefully decorated. Easy beach access- right across the street. There isn’t a crosswalk but there’s plenty of breaks in traffic (when you can cross). Walkable distance to shops/restaurants and short drive to everything else. Communication was great. Check in/out process was super simple. The ONLY thing that I didn’t love is that the bedrooms don’t get much natural light. There are shutters on the outside that block the sunlight. Great for nighttime, though (and the rest of the house gets good natural lighting).We stay in the area often and will definitely be booking this property again in the future

The beauty of this rental is myself, my children and spouses flew in from different locations for a long weekend. We got in about 9:30 at night. It was so nice having the beds ready and coffee for the next morning, plenty of towels for bathing and the beach, chairs, coolers and even a wagon to haul all of our stuff. Everything we needed! Again, thank you so much! Checkout was just as easy!

Communication for check in was thorough and efficient. The property was very clean and presented exactly as listed. It is quite literally across a two lane road from public beach access, and very walkable to restaurants and shops in town. The road it is located on is busy so if you have small children, just something to be aware of, but there is parking in the back as well, so you could avoid the front if that made you uncomfortable with little kids. Two bedrooms are across the house from the master, so it was a perfect set up to travel with kids from that perspective as well. Great for a family trip, but also would be a great spot for multiple couples or a trip with friends!

Great location right across a 1 way street to the beach. The road traffic did not bother us, a few times emergency vehicles passed but that was all we could hear. House was perfect for 5 adults and 3 kids. We never felt crowded, plenty of space. The kids and grandparents loved the foosball table. Shower outside was perfect for rinsing off. Everything we needed was found in the kitchen and in great condition. They did have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and a wagon that were all in great shape. We only live a few hours away and are already planning on a return trip next year. One recommendation is to put door mats on each of the doors inside or outside to prevent sand from entering. They did have a broom and vacuum that we used so it helped! We rented with no reviews and it exceeded my expectations.
