The place was very nice. The host checked on us throughout the stay. The view was gorgeous and you could just walk on the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

It was very noisy on the street, with motorcycles blaring music, but we couldn’t hear a thing from our 16th floor oceanside apartment. We slept very soundly during our stay. Location was very central. Enjoyed visiting Brookgreen to the south and several mini golf places, both north and south of us. We enjoyed our stay, and Janet was very communicative.

The room was mostly clean, very quiet and comfortable. The view was stunning! Janet, the site manager, was excellent. She was quick to respond and had a nice energy. I traveled alone and felt safe in the building. I highly recommend!

We stayed for a total of 5 nights. The Location was excellent, beautiful views from balcony. Bed was very comfortable and slept very well. We had issue with dish washer, ice maker and spa tub not working. Some days other quest were loud on their balcony. Watching sunrise and sunset we had beautiful views. Boardwalk just a short distance away. Condo was clean would give 4 stars out of 5 only because certain things did not work. Return calls from Host was prompt.

Weekend stay

Once we discovered the fridge wasn’t working due to being unplugged - everything was perfect. The host replied quickly to text and provided emails for nearby restaurants. The view was AMAZING from the balcony and living area though we weren’t in often. The bed was comfortable and most import clean! We didn’t use them but if needed the condo was equipped with dishes and a stove, as well as a washer and dryer. It appeared to also have a pull down bed though not needed so I can’t confirm. No annoying bathroom drips, and good water pressure. I would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful! Janet was very quick to respond and accommodate a last minute request for extra night stay when we had car issues, that was a life saver in itself! The condo was exactly as shown and described. The dolphins we watched from the beautiful balcony everyday was priceless. We slept very well on the comfortable beds and had all equipment / utensils needed in the kitchen to cook. The jacuzzi tub fit two perfectly in the bathroom and was perfect for a private romantic evening in. The amenities at the resort were all working , clean and very well kept just like the condo itself, we had a absolutely wonderful mini vaca staying here and will definitely be staying again , we would and have already recommended this condo to family and friends! The great price is the icing on top !! You will not go wrong with this condo , it seriously has everything you need and more ! Thank you for sharing your beautiful little peice of paradise with us

The unit is in need of some TLC. There are multiple areas of peeling or chipped paint, including peeling/hanging paint areas in the bathroom. The carpet is coming up and frayed, which looked like it probably needs a good shampoo. Furniture could use a good shampoo as well or replace. The dust/air quality was unfortunate esp for our asthmatic kiddo, looking further the vents were covered in dust along with the air filter. We actually tried to wipe some of it off the vent in the bedroom, it was black. The bathroom shower drain plug/cap was not in place. The mismatched shower/tub work was displeasing. The bathroom exhaust fan was completely non-functional which made the bathroom hard to use after a shower. Esp since it was the only mirror. The lack of fan prob does not help the peeling ceiling. Upon arrival there was 3 dirty items already in the dishwasher. Dishwasher was non-functional, owner notified. There were no hot pads or pans/trays to use in the oven which was unfortunate. Outside of the unit the pool area was dirty and pool cloudy. The pool and hot tub needed about another 6-8 inches of water, daily. We never once saw anyone cleaning the general area or in the hallways. The weed and cigarette smoking made the balcony unusable most days/evenings. The lengthy login (10 digit number) for the door was super annoying, Unit has one beach chair. Pro-on the beach. Can rent chairs and umbrella. Host was responsive and offered to have repair person come in to ck the d/w.

It is as described in the listing. Great views, great amenities (multiple pools/hot tubs). Close to everything. Good size bedroom, quiet in the room.
