House was perfect, brand new, and just as described in description and pictures. Cannot beat this location and views of the water.

Beautiful house with stunning accents. Beds were very comfortable with very nice bedding.Outside patio had really nice furniture. And enough for everyone. We had 11 adults. Rooftop with firepit was wonderful for sunsets. It is 4 floors up to it and had an issue with elevator so definitely got our steps in. Pool was smaller than appeared in pictures but we still enjoyed it! I would go back.

This house is SPECTACULAR!!!! It is honestly even more impressive in real life than the pictures depict!! We were there with our 3 adult children, their spouse, 7 grandkids (aged 1 to 9) and 2 teenage babysitters. The house was PERFECT and provided enough space for us to enjoy time together, but also to have our own areas to retreat to!! A few highlights to call out:**Everything was new and fresh, from the paint to the furniture.**Top of the line everything - appliances, fixtures, decor, etc. and the craftsmanship of the home is impeccable.**The view of the beach is fantastic and the balconies and rooftop were great spots to enjoy the scenery.**Having smaller children, it was wonderful to be so close to the beach!!! **The outdoor area was a dream!!! The pool is on the smaller side, but was perfect to cool off and the kids played in it for hours!**We had a couple of minor issues (breakers tripped) while we were there and the Echelon team was incredibly responsive and resolved it very quickly. One thing I will call out… there is a golf cart for use, but we found out after the fact that Rosemary Beach Town Center does not permit golf carts, so be aware of that if you’re planning to tool around town on the golf cart. :)Overall, it was a fantastic home in a fantastic location and it made for a perfect vacation!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Beautiful house. Room for our big family. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Only thing missing was a full length mirror for the ladies.
