The property was easy to find and located in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the convenience of the location to the airport and great selection of places to eat. Check in and access was really smooth and appreciate our hosts quick and timely communication! Wish we could have stayed longer!

This property offered us everything we needed. We appreciated having a whole house with three bedrooms in a nice neighborhood; the location, especially being so close to the airport and a few miles from our relatives (and walking distance from a great diner); great communication with our hosts. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice neighborhood location, great for walking my dog in the cool mornings and evenings. Easy to get around, and nice place to share a few days near Burlington with my aunt!

We had a great stay and the property had everything we needed as we dropped off our daughter for her first year at UVM. Hotel prices were outrageous for the start of school and staying at the Landing Pad allowed us to bring our dog to say his goodbyes too. The house was as advertised, just 2.5 from campus, and walking distance to a couple restaurants. We had a great breakfast at the nearby diner.

Was looking for a place for parents weekend at UVM for Mom, Dad, 2 10-year-olds, two grandmas and two dogs. Place was small but comfortable and clean. In an older house and neighborhood, but has been freshened up nicely. Very simple but lovely touches of large mirrors in each room baskets for clothes and coffee pot with Keurig. Yard is not fenced in, but the fact that they allow dogs for an extra fee was very appreciated. Very reasonably priced as well. Not sure if we will travel up with everybody again, but I would definitely stay here again if I did.

Perfect spot for our family of five. Convenient to airport, restaurants and UVM. Beds were incredibly comfortable. No frills but that’s not what we needed. Only one bathroom was the only inconvenience but we worked around it.

The house was clean and had just the right amount of space for our family. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Close enough to downtown Burlington for a short Uber ride.We’ll definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable beds and very clean home! One note for dog owners: the yard is not completely fenced, it only has a fence along the back and at one corner.

My family and I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the property. Everything was top-notch – cozy furnishings and decor, well equipped kitchen, convenient location to stores like Trader Joe’s and Target as well as the Church Street Marketplace… We were out during the day, but spent the evenings at the house and were able to have great family bonding time just watching tv together and playing the board games provided. The communication with the hosts was great and the response for help was immediate from Errin. We’ll definitely rebook this place the next time we visit Burlington.

Awesome location to airport, we appreciated being so close to a drug store and a gas station to fill our rental car up the night before our flight too. Very nicely decorated, had the necessities, overall was clean. Beds and bedding were great! The house itself (especially the bathroom) is a bit older/rough than the pictures show, but overall it was still a good stay.
