The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It was in a super location - only minutes to walk to downtown or the lake. Leave your car home! Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful apartment with everything I needed for my stay. I loved the art work and unique touches. Communication with the host was great as well. If I return to Burlington, I will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well decorated, very clean and within close walking distance to restaurants, stores and coffee shops. We also appreciated the hosts' timely responses to our questions and the extra touches in the apartment: coffee, tea, napkins, etc. We would definitely stay here again when we're in Burlington.

We had a wonderful anniversary stay. It was the perfect location to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. Onsite parking was very easy and convenient. The space was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Our host was great with communication, and access was easy and clear. We will definitely look to stay here again if we are ever in Burlington!

Location is terrific as right up the hill from downtown Burlington with an easy walk to Church street and Lake Champlain, even with the snowy conditions. Terrific communications throughout.

Location is very convenient right across from elementary school. Parking was easy but I don’t leave anything in the car for temptation. It’s a funky place with some unusual features. Property management was great with communications.

Kristin's place was wonderful. So homey -- clean -- comfy bed -- everything you need to enjoy your stay whether for 1 overnight or a week or more. Easy check-in process -- great parking spot -- 5 minute walk to the heart of Church Street Marketplace. No complaints whatsoever! Thanks Kristin.

Kristin's place served us well during our stay in Burlington. The location was excellent for walking to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront, and it was nice to have a parking space, sitting and dining areas, and a kitchen. A couple of things could easily be fixed to make the stay even better: provide some bowls (there were plenty of plates and glasses, but zero bowls), fix the shower diverter valve (it was oftentimes VERY hard to turn on or off and water poured out of it), and fix the toilet so it doesn't run (we had to lift up the black tube in the tank a couple times to stop it from running). The mattress also sinks in the middle, which was uncomfortable. But Kristin or Erinn were quick to answer the two questions I had, so that was very much appreciated.

Great location, fun space

We had a great stay in Burlington to visit UVM. Close to everything and the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Would stay here again.

Really cute, conveniently located apartment in an older building.You can tell that this building has had many lives. It was probably a big house years ago. I want to hire whomever decorated this place for my own house. We were there on the coldest 2 days in many years. We found it to be plenty warm, even with old windows. The location was perfect for those who want to be able to walk to campus, town, and the lake. We would stay here again without a doubt.
