Enjoy a getaway on the lake and bike path! A minute walk to the lake and a mile from downtown Burlington. Experience a thoughtfully decorated and immaculately clean one bedroom apartment in a historic and quaint neighborhood. This well appointed apartment has been professionally painted and decorated in June 2026. It is situated on Lake Champlain in the desirable, artsy, south end of Burlington. Sleep well in a comfy queen bed with lovely linens. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, and all the luxuries of home.
Located on the city bike path, less than a mile to downtown Burlington and one and half hours to Montreal. EV charger available for your car!
The neighborhood beach is a block away and down the stairs to a sandy beach. Looking out the front porch is a city park with fields and a playground. Restaurants, breweries, art galleries all within walking distance. Five miles to the airport and city public transportation stop at the next corner. This is a duplex in the historic French Canadian neighborhood. We, the owners, live next door but you have all the privacy you need! Toddlers welcome, porta crib provided.
Work this winter at Hula Lakeside by renting an Air Desk https://www.hulalakeside.com/why-hula/
Traveling nurses encouraged during winter months. Close proximity to UVM Medical Center.

The apartment is amazing. It is an easy walk to two beaches and less than 10 minute drive to downtown. Deb and John are amazing hosts. The property is perfectly located to explore area and come back to relax on the beach.

Great location and stay!
The location is walkable to downtown in good weather (little over 1 mile) beautiful views of Lake Champlain. The place was clean, organized, well stocked and the owners are wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay in Burlington . House was super clean and was very convenient to downtown , bike / walking paths , UVM and other area attractions. Deb and John were great hosts , very helpful with area and restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay here again if in this area!!!

We had another enjoyable stay at John and Deb's place. The location is perfect for exploring Burlington and the surrounding area while also providing plenty to see, eat, and drink within a 5 minute walk. Communication was timely and exceptionally helpful. We can't wait to stay again!

Very comfortable accommodation with a full kitchen. Situated in a very quiet area it was very peaceful and relaxing. The cottage had all the equipment we needed for a super stay.Deb & John were very friendly & helpful.

Amazing beach getaway!
This property was an amazing beach getaway in Burlington. The owners Deb and John were incredibly welcoming and kind and we will be back! Only a short 2 minute walk to an amazing private beach.

John and Deb are fantastic hosts. We enjoyed our time riding our bikes, relaxing on the beach, and reading on the porch. The accommodations were perfect for two. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect!
The apt is wonderful! Deb is the most gracious host. It is so close to everything. Looking forward to staying there again.

Great location on Lake Champlain
Location to downtown was excellent. Cozy and very clean. Loved walking down on the beach and watching the sunsets. Thank you John and Deb and Rita!

Weekend getaway
We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay here! Deb was incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with. Parking was easy to find at all hours of the day, and the location was perfect! We will certainly check availability here for future trips to Burlington!

Nice location
We enjoyed our stay here. It was a good location for us, we walked the trail to town and lovely park on the lake nearby. House is very nicely done and very clean. The bed was comfortable and bath was very well furnished with nice extras. The sofa was a little too low and soft for us, but nice kitchen chairs. Would stay here again.

We love to visit other VRBO when we travel. We also enjoy a good hike and a good pint. When home in Burlington we enjoy all athletic activities when we aren't being lazy and sitting on the beach!
