We visited Nashville with a group of ten family members. This was an excellent location. The property is spacious and beautiful and-- when divided up amongst travelers-- much more reasonable than the hotel cost. It allowed us to be together while also having our own space. It's close to Broadway yet quiet. We highly recommend for groups who want a close location with absolutely beautiful accommodations!

Easy to check in with quick communication. We had a group of 13 and had plenty of room for everyone. Great location right off broadway to quickly get to food and live music.

Beautiful property! We loved the condo and loved being in walking distance to everything downtown! Very clean and furnished with everything we needed. Communication with the host was great!

This space has a very unique layout, and the location can’t be beat. The team was responsive throughout our entire trip and made check-in, check-out, and everything in between as smooth as can be.

Great place to stay if you’re wanting to be super close to Broadway. This was my first time ever renting a VRBO so I really didn’t know what to expect. It was also my first time experiencing the Nashville nightlife. We had 11 people total end up staying. Some chose to sleep on the pull out couches rather than share a bed since the couches were bigger, however there was still plenty of room. Some of the beds are rather high up so we had to pivot on where to put certain people, which worked out. Be forewarned, the Cityside is definitely louder. If you don’t plan on staying out late and are a light sleeper, the couch or the Riverside will best. But it is a great option to look below and people watch! Seriously, the location was perfect. You’re just barely off Broadway, plus 2 ice cream stores across the street! The parking garage is a short walk but you can unload/load right in front if the area isn’t already taken. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We did need to request more of something, which we received right away. Communication was great and I loved that I could just text any questions and get a response. We felt secure in there as well since the elevator had a special code to get to our floor. It was weird at first “living” above the store and having to come in after hours but we got over it after the first night. It also helped that all the employees were super nice as well. I would definitely consider staying here again with a large group.

Happy the pull-out couches were roomy and that you were able to make bed arrangements work — and thanks for the tip about some higher beds and the Cityside being louder for light sleepers. Good to hear parking/unloading, cleanliness, quick response to your request, and the elevator security code all helped. Sorry the “above the store” feel took a night to adjust to, but glad the staff were friendly. We’d love to host you again on a future visit.

This is one of the greatest properties we have ever stayed at! Communication was always fast! They provided everything we needed during our stay. I’m not sure we can stay anywhere else when in Nashville. Thank you, Hallson Properties!!
