Tucked away in a historic red brick building in downtown Nashville, this spacious new 2022 buildout includes 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and an open concept living room and kitchen. 
Each bedroom is a suite with its own bathroom, brand new plush mattress and bedding, and a Smart TV with 85 streaming channels to make you feel right at home.
Comparable to the cost of a local hotel room, you and your guests can stretch out, enjoy homelike comforts and conveniences with Printers Alley right outside the door. Just a few steps away are Broadway`s honky-tonks, bars, restaurants, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, and many more Nashville attractions in the heart of Music City. Inside the building is a restaurant and two entertainment venues, one with a rooftop deck with views of Nissan Stadium and the Cumberland River.

Loft 301 is located above a bar/restaurant space. While all measures were taken to mitigate noise transference, please be aware some noise may be heard in the unit. 
The building is in the heart of downtown Nashville where there is an abundance of nightlife. We are not responsible for any uncontrolled variables such as noise, private or public events, construction, etc that may be happening at the time of your trip.

Early check-ins can be requested the week of your arrival. Depending on availability surrounding the date of your stay, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We cannot offer refunds until given the opportunity to fix the issue by directly contacting 615-806-5485 or 615-806-4929. 
Payment Terms: one half (50%) of total booking amount is due at time of booking to secure reservation. Remaining one half (50%) of total booking amount is due 7 days prior to the dates of stay (arrival date). 
Refund Policy: if a stay is cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival date, all sums paid will be refunded in full; if stay is cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival date, 50% of all sums paid will be refunded; if stay is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival date, no refund will be issued. 
This is a NON-SMOKING building, including balconies and all common areas. Violators could be asked to leave and are subject to an additional cleaning fee. No illegal or illicit activities will permitted on property. 
Do not move furniture 
 For safety of guests, employees, and preservation of property, Majestic Lofts reserves the right to evict renter and guests for disturbing the peace, causing bodily harm, or defacing property which may result in additional financial responsibility.
 To prevent damage, do not hang anything on walls including banners, etc. A roll of painters tape is provided underneath the kitchen sink in every unit and is the only permissible way to hang or attach anything to any sheetrocked walls inside the property.
 For safety, insurance, and liability purposes, all common areas inside and outside the property, as well as balcony spaces, are monitored by security cameras. These cameras are not viewed or actively monitored but do record video in the event an adverse event occurs at or inside the Property. No security cameras are located inside any of the lofts. 
Sanitizing procedures are implemented to minimize germs and spread of viruses. Majestic Lofts is released and held harmless from anyone contracting any communicable disease such as, but not limited to, COVID, Flu, RSV, etc.. It is strongly recommended to contact management if this should occur. 
Majestic Lofts tries to protect our guests by using many non-allergen products in our laundry detergents and personal hygiene products. Due to the taking of all available precautions, we will not be held responsible for allergic reactions.
 Renters/guests may be asked to leave the building in the event of a voluntary or mandatory evacuation, as required by local authorities.
 No refund for early departures.
Many soundproofing extras were added during the development of this building. Printers Alley is a high traffic area with many variables including late night and early morning hours, construction, special events, etc. Please be aware that, due to our best efforts, all sound cannot be totally eliminated. Majestic Lofts will not be held responsible for these noise variables. 
Excessive untidiness could result in an additional cleaning fee as deemed by management. 
NO GLITTER/CONFETTI: If either are used this will result in an additional $150 charge
