We take this matter seriously and have implemented additional pest control measures beyond our regular schedule to address the issue thoroughly. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. Additionally, we sent our maintenance team to inspect the outlet after your check out. If we had known about the issue during your stay, we would have been happy to assist you in resetting the breaker immediately. On a positive note, we're excited to share that we've already installed the TV outside for future guests to enjoy!
