very clean, comfortable and convenient 2 BR-1 B in great location; near downtown Asheville.Well equipped kitchen was small but more than adequate. Overall a most pleasant stay.

Loved the location and the place was beautifully decorated. Perfect for our family of four. Melissa was also very responsive when I had a question about parking.

Everything was as listed. The only issue encountered was quite a bit of silverware was dirty. We did not use the kitchen other than making coffee or warming up leftovers but all appliances were updated. Washer & dryer worked great!

Location is terrific, quiet and safe. Everything is new, in working order and top quality. Melissa was quick to respond to our questions and requests.Note: 2 bedrooms and bath are on the second floor, steep 14 steps.

Great location and close to everything Asheville. Condo is very comfortable. The beds were great and area is quiet. The stairs a little steep so beware but we had no issues going up or down. We really enjoyed our stay. The hostess was accessible and the condo is exactly as shown on the listing. I highly recommend it and would enjoy going back. We also saw a mother bear and her two cubs across the street from the condo!

Melissa was communicative and so helpful when we couldn’t get the code in the door (likely operator error, haha). She left us snacks, water and a lovely bottle of Biltmore wine to enjoy during our stay. We were only a mile from Biltmore Estate so if you are traveling there and want reasonably priced accommodation, stay here and visit there for a full day.We were also close driving distance to Asheville River Arts District with plenty of great eateries, art and artisan galleries, shops and cocktail bars. Great casual vibe. DO have breakfast at Biscuit Head down the street in the Doctor’s Park (use your Google map, the sign is small and restaurant not obvious). Peach Rosemary jam is to die for on their fluffy biscuits!The home was perfectly appointed with trendy boho chic decor. Loved the black and brass accents. The heating and fireplace were easy to use so we could be cozy as the nights cooled off. Highly recommend for a couple or small family. Do keep in mind there are steep-ish stairs to the bedrooms and only bathroom.Loved our stay and would come again for sure!
