Great place to stay close to Asheville. Quiet and comfortable. Wi-Fi was great and having Netflix available without having to log into my own account was nice.

We stayed in another unit a few years ago and it was fine. This unit had very strong pet smells. Pillows in 2nd bedroom had no covers and had stains. Otherwise it was as advertised.

This property met all of our needs, and the check in process was a breeze. Clear communication prior to arrival was appreciated. We were only passing through, so we only stayed one night, but if we find ourselves back in the area we would definitely book this property again.

Great location, but the property itself is pretty bare-bones. We arrived to sticky counters and some hair in the shower. The whole thing was just pretty low quality…perfectly fine for a short stay where you’re mostly out and about. Or if you’re just on a budget. Just be prepared for a no-frills place to sleep.

Property is fairly worn down. Ran into the cleaner leaving 10 minutes after check in time. Asked about early check in and was sent an automated response stating I could pay 25-50 to check in early. Good location, but property smells weird and needs repairs. Spent most of the time outside of the rental.

The location was fantastic and the unit has been nicely renovated. The check-in instructions were very thorough and the welcome book had so many recommendations for places to go and things to eat. We enjoyed our short visit!

This apartment was modern and seemed up to date, with a nice fenced in backyard. Only negative was the bathroom had several hairs in the shower which made me question its cleanliness. The host was responsive and overall we had a great stay.

Great stay!

We recently spent almost a week at this VRBO and would definitely book again. The property was exactly as described, very clean, really comfortable beds, and the fenced in yard for our doggo was perfect! Location is convenient to Asheville and Weaverville. Groceries, restaurants, breweries, parks, all a few minutes away. Communication with the manager was always prompt and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

Very functional and convenient

This is a very reasonably priced and modest apartment with easy access to Asheville and the Blue Ridge. It is not elegant but functional, with all the needed supplies. .And the dog was very content!

Not too far and not too close

Traveling to Asheville for the first time with our recent rescue pup and needed a place with a fenced backyard. Thankfully the listing headline mentioned the fencing and a message to the owner confirmed it was fully enclosed. The property appears to have been recently renovated with a few rentals sharing the same building. Each rental has a dedicated parking spot and the property is easy to navigate to via Google Maps and pretty much off a main road. The interior was clean and spacious. The appliances look new. And there are a couple of smart TVs. Wifi was available, but I chose not to utilize it. Pros: Dedicated parking. Close to town and major attractions, but far enough away for peace and quiet. Communicative host. Disposal bag dispenser on the back deck. Powerful A/C. Cons: No dishwasher. Gravel parking area. Outlets in main bedroom could be a bit inconvenient. The only hiccup was that an email with check in instructions was supposed to be sent days before, but never saw it. Though the instructions that were sent day of check in were extremely thorough and helpful. Overall, really enjoyed the stay and would absolutely book again in the future if traveling to the area.

We enjoyed the property. However, there were some items that were not up to our satisfaction. The couch was pretty dated, sunken, and had an odor. The apartment was not well ventilated. The whole time we were there, it was dank, even after lifting the windows for a time and turning the air conditioning to 62. The bathroom light never went off. Also, the floor was sinking in the hallway leading to the bathroom. There were also issues with insects. I literally had a huge palmetto bug walk across my back while I was sleeping. These are minor issues, but still warranted disclosure.
