This beautiful 3 bed 2 bath home is new to the vacation rental market! The inside of the home is updated with stylish but comfortable furniture. Each bedroom has its own smart TV for your use. Both bathrooms are also updated. One has a walk-in shower and the other a shower/tub combo. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to whip up a great meal! There is a pack n play available if you have a younger child that needs it. The living room includes a gas fireplace to keep you warm during the winter. The backyard is fully fenced in and includes a fire pit. There are some beach items at the home for you to use and an outdoor shower with hot water.

The best thing about this home is the location. It's just 1 mile from east beach. It's a quick 9-10 minute walk to The King and Prince, The Crab Trap, Crabdaddy's and many other island favorites. There is a golf cart at the home that can be rented for an additional charge (see below). If you are interested in the golf cart, please inquire about pricing and availability. The home is pet friendly but pets must be approved prior to booking.

1 Day = $115
2 Days = $220
3 Days = $325
4 Days = $425
5 Days = $520
6 Days = $615
7 Days = $675
More than 7 days but less than 1 month would be $90 per day.

1 Month = $1,500

If your stay is between April 1 and September 1, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night for stays 3-21 nights.

Please note:

There is a pet fee of $50 for those guests bringing pets.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.

Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.

Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

For any stays more than 21 days, an additional $150 cleaning fee will be charged after booking.

Stays over 30 days require a $750 refundable security deposit.

There is a small apartment on the bottom of the home. It is not rented out but occasionally the owner may stay there. They will not disturb your stay at all.

House Rules:

Smoking inside the property is prohibited and will result in a minimum $2,000 fine.
Quiet hours per the county are 9pm to 8am. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No loud music. No parties. No parking on the lawn.
Pets must be approved in advance. Please inquire.
All pet droppings must be picked up or a $50 fee will be assessed.
There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes.
Maximum of 2 pets.
Pets should be under 40lbs as per HOA.
